In one of my post, I did post around a quesstion which was - "How to Cancel SPS Delegation BID from Market?". The problem was that I had around 427K SPS placed on the market for #SPS delegation and it was placed at the lowest price but for like 30 days or so the bid has not been fullfilled and I was not seeing the option to CANCE it as well. Here is the post that I am referring to - Splinterlands - SPS Staking 450K+ Staked - Next target 500K+ SPS - A Question - How to Cancel SPS Delegation BID from Market? that has all the details with snapshot indicating that I had no way to cancel my 427K #SPS delegation bid and atlast had to raise my concern to the Splinterlands Support team.. Here is my comment that I provided on the support portal

Hi team,

I have place bid for 427K SPS for delegation and its been month that the bid didnt fulfill. I want to cancel it and place for smaller amount but I cannot cancel the bid. Kindly help in this regards.

Now the best part is that the Splinterlands Support team was very supportive and they quickly understood the problem that I was facing and provided me with a step by step information with screenshots which I followed and YEs it did solve my problem and I was able to cancel #SPS delegation bid from the market. I know there is one more person who was facing with a similar problem and he did comment to my original post around this problem. So sharing the information here so that it is helpful to others as well.

All one need to do is Cancel the bid manually when the bid got stuck for some reason and you are not able to cancel it via Splinterlands game portal.

There is a tool available on the website that can be used to broadcast transactions to the blockchain:

You can use it to submit the cancellation transaction.

Step1. Login with your account in the website.

Step2. Go to https://splinterlands.com/broadcast

Operation:Custom Operation
Operation ID:sm_cancel_promise
Key Type: Active
Json: [this is was transaction id that was stuck.. you need to find yours]

Refer the following screenshot, that can be used as a refrence for canceliing the bid manually.

Step 3 The final one click on the Broadcast button. After clicking Broadcast, you must confirm a transaction with hive keychain as usual to broadcast it. And you are all set to cancel the #SPS delegation which got stuck due to some reason may because of price i.e. the offer was not processed because it was submitted with a price of 0.0015 so it is stuck pending. Anyways we now know how to solve this issue of cancelling a #SPS delegation which got stuck.
