STARTED FROM NOTHING, NOW I HAVE SOMETHING

I have been playing Splinterlands since July 2021. I accumulated a few assets but I sold them off little by little. There was also a time I got hacked and all my assets were stolen. It was around October last year when they updated the game that all hive transactions should require a posting key. I felt down that time, and I thought of quitting the game. But then I realized that I should start all over again and accumulate assets.

I played a lot during that time and I sold assets from time to time for my expenses. Then the price of DEC went to an all-time low, and the game is not profitable anymore. I stopped playing for a couple of months and I saw on the Facebook group that some players are doing buy and sell, so I did the same. I bought and sold cards even if the reward is small as long as I gain something. It's not too bad.

Later, the update came. I felt happy that the game is rewarding again. I started playing happily again. Daily focus chest rewards are mediocre most of the time but playing is fun so I continued until I accumulated a few cards. Here are the cards I've accumulated so far.

For most players, my collection is nothing but for me, it's already an achievement because I was able to accumulate even I if sold assets, got hacked, and got discouraged for some time.

I'll always keep on grinding and accumulating assets for me to be able to minimize the renting and maximize profits.
