How I lost against a last standing Chicken!

Today I had the snipe daily quest and played some games to finish it in Silver III.
Had to fight against against a lot of higher lvl splinters and one I wanna share with you because it was really close and I ended up losing against a chicken!

In the preview I studied the last battles of my opponent and noticed that he likes playing magic and that he has a lvl 5 dragon splinter Delwyn Dragonscale which buffs +1 Magic attack.
Ruleset was that all range and magic have snipe ability.

With my limited low budget deck I tried to figure out what the best option would be and finally decided to go with Owsters magic reflect.
I used the Bone Golem with the Void ability to tank the Magic and used the Octopider with large HP to tank the snipe and some hits if he moves into the first position.

Unfortunately my Octopider missed his Black Dragon in the first round and it took me one round more to kill his monster but I ended up with the situation, that my Octopider had not enough health left to tank the last 2 monster so that my Twisted Chester can finish them off.

In the end it was Chicken vs my Twisted Chester in first position and I had to watch how I got defeated by a CHICKEN!

Sad that my Octopider missed in the first round, but anyways it was a funny battle and I wanted to share this battle with you all!
