Weekly Battle Challenge: Scavenger, Gelatinous Cube

Peace Dear Splinters,
My battle challenge focus on monsters with the ability to scavenge. Gelatinous Cube is displayed in the match where it literally saved my team from complete annihilation. I had the opportunity to level up this important card earlier this year. lt has seven grades of experience out of ten in total. My strategy towards the victory worked due to the correlation between my lineup and the ruleset of this match. The battle started in the Gold league where players of great experience compete to move up their position on the leaderboard. It is highly competitive, especially the first three days after the season reset. It was an interesting battle and Gelatinous Cube fully contributed to the whole team win in the arena even though my opponent lineup had more powerful monsters than my lineup.
Do you use this ability often?
Yes, I play with monsters scavengers in life or earth elemental as frequently as the ruleset allow these cards. Gelatinous cube but also Screeching Vulture.
What other abilities do you use with it?
I like to boost the healing effect of the Gelatinous Cube so that it can protect all the other monsters coming just after it in the lineup.
What's your favorite scavenger of the Splinterlands?
Gelatinous Cube is my favorite scavenger monster in Splinterlands.
I am thankful for the battle challenge curation team that gives us an opportunity to present our strategies around a specific monster in action on board. This battle team selection was determined with defensive tactics due to the ruleset that poisoned all monsters in the arena and forced both parties to heal their monsters. Good call! I feel like a player either needs to use the Gelatinous Cube when they have Noxious Fumes rules or they lose. Exceptions are when the mana cap is really low. Scavenge is a wonderful ability to use. So is resurrect. If a monster is resurrected during battle, they come back and are not poisoned.
The resurrect ability is great too. I haven't thought about it. Thank you. Are you in the Gold league or Diamond?
