I am in the habit of visiting Splinterland's Discord channel from time to time to check on the updates on the game, future plans, and discussions that are happening in Discord. It gives a good idea of what the development and community are thinking, and what the strategy of the individual players in the game. I noticed that the Escalation presale has ended, but players are still excited and planning to grab the Conclave Arcana packs, as the Conclave Arcana general sale ends in the next 10 days and will be available only on the secondary market afterward.

But still, selling out of packs is one of the factor but another major factor is that there are still a lot of jackpot prizes yet to be claimed or discovered in the pack openings.

If you check on the Gold Foil/Black Foil Arcane claimed, then you will be surprised that they were less than 15% claimed. So whatever the packs are remaining will be having all these unclaimed Arcane.

Actually, having packs burn daily has increased the probability of finding the jackpot cards in the remaining pack. So the players are focusing on amassing the Conclave Arcana packs.

I think , you have now guessed it correctly, these packs will be accumulated by players till the sale ran out and the unsold quota of packs getting burned. Then these accumulated packs will be opened by players to check there luck for Gold/Black foil Arcane. This actually created a very interesting situation where players has interest on buying packs when they were launched (for the guaranteed promotional prizes and raffles) and at the same time they still had interest in buying packs when the pack set is on the verge of end of its general sale as the pack odds of having jackpot cards increased.

So, what are you planning now? and yes if you plan to buy Conclave Arcana packs then definitely hurry up, as less than 10 days are left for Conclave Arcana sale to be concluded.
