Back To A Positive Season

It's been a while since I made a Splinterlands post. Just getting busy these days, training for my first attempt at a full Marathon in August, so even though there is a lot of new stuff in the game that I want to share my thoughts about, I just don't have that much opportunity to write them at all.
Anyway, modern ranked season 96 has just concluded, and just like the season prior to it, I will say that this season was another easy one. I was able to reach Champion 1 and maintain my rating. And the best of it was that I am back to positive earnings.

For modern ranked season 95, I was able to stay in the top 75 of the Champion leaderboard, taking 55th place, giving me an additional 100k Glint. This will also be the 9th straight time that I have been able to secure a spot in the leaderboard.
Overall, I played a total of 455 battles, of which I won 241 of them, giving me a 52.97% win rate. That has allowed me to reach Champion I, 3 days before the season ended.

Looking at my previous season report, the total SPS that I won last season has significantly increased from the SPS I got in the season prior to it, by about 2k SPS. That's a good thing because only by that, I know that I am back on positive earnings.
And with that, I have earned a total of 5,454.47 SPS or about 21.81 $ combined at its current price.

When it comes to brawls, I think I missed a brawl last season, looking at my brawl SPS and Merits prize, where I only earned 5,733 Merits. Add the 13,868 Merits that I got on chests, then I have a total of 19,601 Merits. My fortune entries, on the other hand, had a combined number of 591, which is not that huge, but also not a small number. Still, it fails to win me any Arcane and Black Foil cards.

When it comes to my Glint earnings, I earned over 720k Glint last season, which is pretty huge. Unfortunately, liquidity bots have been turned off again, and matchmaking is taking an eternity, that I can barely play enough battles to drop my energy to 25, which is preventing me from purchasing any chests, which will undoubtably will give me tons of energy.

As for my rental cost, my total expenses this season were 37,135.547 DEC or about $ 11.75$. It was lower compared to the prior season, since I tried to cut cost on my card rental. Deducting that from my SPS earnings, I got 10.06$.
CA Reward and Extra Set Progress
Once again, using the site splinterhub.com, we now have an easier way to monitor the progress of our CA reward cards, though this does not include the Extra set, so that will be manually monitored. And for this season, I finally completed 79% of my common cards from the previous 75%, with all of my common cards at least level 8, and some at level 9. Hopefully, I will be able to max those level 9s this current season. My rare collection, on the other hand, has just reached 62% completion, and my epic collection stayed at 24%. Same thing with my Legendary collection remains the same at 9% completion.
As for my Extra collection, the biggest improvement is that I am only 13 BCX short of getting my Shadowcomb Duskrose at level 5, which is halfway to reaching max level.

And that was it for the last season's recap. There was really nothing much that I could say, since the price of the token is at its lowest, which may scare any potential players that will like to come to the game.
