Cards that you can rent - Splinterlands Wild Format

I have been playing splinterlands for quite a few years now. There have been many changes and new editions and the division of the game play into the Modern and the Wild format.

Having sold my earlier wild cards to buy the Chaos edition(gift of the magi story - like), I have found myself lacking in cards to play in the wild format. So, I decided to rent some cards and continue playing in the wild format although I did try and play the modern format when the bots were around. I found it hard to win and I dropped the modern play but hope to catch up sometime soon.

The announcement of the new edition is very exciting and we Splinterlands players are so looking forward to the cards, the sneak peeks, the stats, and if possible new rule sets.

Coming back to the topic, I would suggest renting some cards if you are interested in playing the wild format. Rents are low these days and you can easily get back your investment and also enjoy playing the game.

As for me, I am an addict and as usual, cannot stop myself from playing too much and one too many times have bought 'energy' to keep playing even though I do not 'win' too much. It is the gameplay that gives me this interest and you would too if you started playing the game.

If you do not have the 'vital neutrals' you must rent them at any cost because it can change the game for you. One of the best among the neutrals is the Cocatrice.

The cube and the ooze are still going strong and many a battle is still won with the help of these cards. Some might wonder if old edition cards are used or are worthless. That is not the case. If I can, I still use the cube and the Coca especially if the ruleset allows speed because the misses are too good in Gold League and above.

To my chagrin, I get beat by level once cards, especially Mylor. So, I decided to rent that too. Well, I did use it once and got beat fair and square. Maybe, I am just above average but as I said, I am addicted to playing Spliterlands.

With the arrival of Obsidian, the green army has become all the more powerful. So, just remember to rent some monsters and the nectar queen is still useful especially when magic cannot do the trick.

Have you used the card - Spirit Miner? It is really an asset and so is the elven mystic. Remember to rent these cards as well if you want a great win ratio. The water elemental is the most useful because it has self-healing and evade plus the powerful range. I still rent this card because it is really useful.

There are many cards that I have not mentioned or not using and if you like you may mention the name of a useful card so that others benefit too.
