PIZZA 2 Brawl Report - Oct 20'23

Did my social media challenge post, so putting up Brawl Report separately.

Time for some brawl action! Let's take a look look at the matches I played this brawl. As usual, I am anchoring Fray 3 for my guild which is the Novice Chaos Legion Fray, so cards will be at lowest form without additional levelled up stats/abilities.

Brawl 1

	Remarks
Selection:	When able, go with trusty Quora. Then add in Queen Mycelia and further boost from Goblin Psychic.
Outcome:	Win. Trust in Quora and you'll go a long way.

	Remarks
Selection:	Ruleset had more armour, so the way to go is via magic which I fielded Witch of Warwick.
Outcome:	Win. Witch of Warwick shone in this match.

	Remarks
Selection:	Little League, load up all the small critter. I added Trapp Falloway due to previous brawl how well it performed
Outcome:	Win! All the critter did what they need with their individual abilities.

	Remarks
Selection:	Load up every single big hitter on this match and the double striking Coastal Sentry.
Outcome:	Win. All the big guns coming together and working well.

	Remarks
Selection:	Fielded Quora and my usual Earth setup. But I see my opponent doing the same.
Outcome:	Lose. The taunt allowed my opponent's Quora to grow before mine and things just snowballed.

	Remarks
Selection:	Quora vs Katrelba. Thankfully I had Queen Mycelia.
Outcome:	Win. The additional armour allowed by blood lust engine to start first.

	Remarks
Selection:	Back to Basics, spam all the big gun magic and hope for the win.
Outcome:	Win. Strategy of descending health worked which is actually very essential for back to basics ruleset.

	Remarks
Selection:	High mana cost and odd one out, so I attempted double martyr with a big chunk of heavy hitting cards in my backline.
Outcome:	Win. Double martyr and heavy magic proved too hot to handle.

Guild Final Tally

I am assigned 8 matches this brawl and I've managed to win 7 of them but lost 1. The loss was a pity, but it was a good play by my opponent to use the taunt effectively against me.

Not a bad result, looking at our win ratio. Good job everyone from PIZZA 2. Go PIZZA 2

*Closing
Brawl are integral to our growth and also a test case where cards that can be used in the fray are almost level set so that it is a fair match. Keep brawling!
