Feel The Force In This Silver Beauty

Been a while since my last post due to a holiday and some health issues I am struggling with. But alas the show must go on so here it is!

Some shiny new silver I found on The Royal Mint

Time to get the Nerd on for some Star Wars Silver!

And what a beauty it is. This bar comes in a 1oz or 10oz Silver Bar.
This looks to be a celebration piece with the original film being released nearly 50 years ago!

Featuring Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia and a rather dodgy looking Han Solo. I have been a fan of Star Wars since a young child. It was such a great franchise that had all the excitement a kid could want. Even now I still love re-watching the originals.

70,000 bars worldwide is the amount produced which seems quite high but it is pretty cool so it's worth it.

I doubt il be buying as Solo just ruins the whole look for me.

Though if the do a Darth Vader one I will definitely be all over that one and buying on release!
If they do the Dark Side version I suppose buying this at the same time would be worth it. Get going Royal Mint and make me a Vader!

If I wasn't in the UK it would actually be a reasonable price

I find the original films more entertaining than the recent crop of StarWars. I have one Niue coin of Darth Vader. My son has a T-shirt that says, "Come to the Dark side, we have cookies."

I only watched new ones as missus likes them.
They are absolutely terrible
