How can I get a Gold foil card?

Hello all, I'm from the Philippines so forgive me for my english.

I have a question, how can I get or pull a card with gold foil ? Like these ones below?

I'm rat ass poor so buying these cards are impossible for me.
I need to know a way if there is any to get these by the ways of grinding on the game.. Please help me. Thanks!

All booster packs and reward chests have a small chance to contain a gold foil card. There are even potions that increase the gold chance for boosters
