Splinterlands' main Twitter account has been banned from Twitter because (according to Twitter) it violated its rules.
Out of curiosity I went to read the rules of Twitter and I could not understand the reason for the ban because Splinterlands did not violate any of the rules of Twitter!

If you search on Twitter for @splinterlands page you will see the screenshot of the following image.

From this ban arise some considerations and many questions:

Why a ban for a blockchain-based game?
Why a ban for not violating any rule?

Was it an algorithm error or is there some other reason underneath?

Maybe on Twitter you can't promote a project, a game, a token or a cryptocurrency?
In the rules there is nothing about it but if so:
why Elon Musk can promote a meme-coin with no utility except for speculative purposes and Splinterlands can't promote his valid project with potential?

I don't think this is the reason for the ban but the reason for the ban of Splinterlands is not possible to know because Twitter doesn't have to give any answer, it can do whatever it wants and users count only because they are a source of monetizable data.

Twitter is a centralized blogging platform!
Where there is centralization there is censorship, there are bans and above all there is no freedom of speech!

When will the people who use Twitter, Facebook & Co. realize that they are simply little piggy banks that can be emptied or destroyed (banned) at any time?
When will the people who use Twitter, Facebook & Co. realize that they can be trashed and banned and thrown away when they are no longer needed!

Today's world is in desperate need of DECENTRALIZATION!

On Twitter every account is simply a user of a service that seems free but is not because everything an account posts on Twitter can be used by Twitter and user data is gold for companies like Twitter.

What does a Twitter user receive in return?

Always less than what he gives!
A Hive user, on the other hand, is the owner of their data, owns his account and the content of his posts.
A Hive user can publish what he wants in absolute freedom and nobody will ever censor his content or block his account.
Some Hive users could object to what I have just written and say:
On Hive there is no freedom of speech because there are downvotes!
This statement is absolutely untrue because downvotes have nothing to do with the concepts of freedom of expression and incensurability but concern only and exclusively the monetary reward of a post that is another thing and another topic.
A downvoted post is not deleted and an account that receives a downvote is not blocked!
On Twitter, on the other hand, an account can be blocked even without a reason.

Hive is a fully decentralized platform, a Hive user is never just a powerless user like a Twitter user but is a part of Hive and his weight within the Hive blockchain depends on the number of HIVEs he converted to Hive Power.

I hope Twitter removes his ban from the Splinterlands account and we'll see if that happens but for now Twitter has offered yet another example of how centralization in blogging platforms is nothing more than exploitation of users and their data!

Twitter, Facebook and any other centralized social have for me one great utility and one purpose only: promote Hive and Blockchain-based projects!

I had fun imagining Twitter as a game and called it "Twitterlands" :)

Between TwitterLands and Splinterlands I chose freedom, I chose Splinterlands and above all I chose Hive!

L'account principale di Splinterlands su Twitter è stato bannato da Twitter perchè (secondo Twitter) ha violato le sue regole.
Per curiosità sono andato a leggere le regole di Twitter e non sono riuscito a capire il motivo del ban perchè Splinterlands non ha violato nessuna delle regole di Twitter!

Se cerchi su Twitter la pagina di @splinterlands visualizzerai la schermata dell'immagine seguente.

Da questo ban nascono spontanee alcune considerazioni e molte domande:

Perchè un ban per un gioco basato su blockchain?
Perchè un ban per non aver violato nessuna regola?

E' stato un errore di un algoritmo oppure c'è qualche altro motivo sotto?

Forse su Twitter non è possibile promuovere un progetto, un gioco, un token o una criptomoneta?
Nelle regole non c'è scritto nulla a riguardo ma se così fosse:
perchè Elon Musk può promuovere una meme-coin senza nessuna utilità se non a fini speculativi e Splinterlands non può promuovere il suo progetto valido e con potenziale?

Non credo sia questo il motivo del ban ma il motivo del ban di Splinterlands non è possibile saperlo perchè Twitter non è tenuto a dare nessuna risposta, può fare quello che vuole e gli utenti contano solo perchè sono fonte di dati monetizzabili!

Twitter è una piattaforma di blogging centralizzata!
Dove c'è centralizzazione c'è censura, ci sono i ban e soprattutto non c'è libertà di espressione!

Quando le persone che usano Twitter, Facebook & Co. si renderanno conto che sono semplici piccoli salvadanai che possono essere svuotati o distrutti (banned) in ogni momento?
Quando le persone che usano Twitter, Facebook & Co. capiranno che possono essere cestinati e bloccati e buttati via quando non servono più!

Il mondo attuale ha un disperato bisogno di DECENTRALIZZAZIONE!

Su Twitter ogni account è semplicemente un fruitore di un servizio che sembra gratuito ma non lo è perchè tutto quello che un account pubblica su Twitter può essere utilizzato da Twitter e i dati degli utenti sono oro per aziende come Twitter.

Cosa riceve in cambio un utente di Twitter?

Sempre meno di quello che dà!

Un utente di Hive invece è il padrone dei propri dati, del proprio account e del contenuto dei propri post.
Un utente di Hive può pubblicare quello che vuole in assoluta libertà e nessuno potrà mai censurare un suo contenuto o bloccare il suo account.
Qualche utente di Hive potrebbe muovere un obiezione a quello che ho appena scritto e dire:
Su Hive non c'è libertà di espressione perchè ci sono i downvotes!
Questa affermazione non è assolutamente vera perchè i downvotes non hanno niente a che vedere con i concetti di libertà di espressione e incensurabilità ma riguardano solo ed esclusivamente la ricompensa monetaria di un post che è un'altra cosa e un'altro argomento.
Un post downvotato non viene cancellato e un account che riceve un downvote non viene bloccato!
Su Twitter invece un account può essere bloccato anche senza un motivo!

Hive è una piattaforma completamente decentralizzata, un utente di Hive non è mai un semplice utente impotente come un utente di Twitter ma è una parte di Hive e il suo peso all'interno della blockchain di Hive dipende dal numero di HIVE che ha convertito in Hive Power.

Spero che Twitter rimuova il suo ban dall'account di Splinterlands e vedremo se succederà ma per il momento Twitter ha offerto l'ennesimo esempio di quanto la centralizzazione nelle piattaforme di blogging non è altro che sfruttamento degli utenti e dei loro dati!

Twitter, Facebook e qualsiasi altro social centralizzato hanno per me una sola e grande utilità e un solo scopo: promuovere Hive e i progetti basati su Blockchain!

Mi sono divertito a immaginare Twitter come un gioco e l'ho chiamato "Twitterlands" :)

Tra TwitterLands e Splinterlands io ho scelto la libertà, ho scelto Splinterlands e soprattutto ho scelto Hive!
