Splinterlands Battle Challenge with Enchanted Defender.

Welcome to my blog where I'll share my winning match with Enchanted Defender in splinterlands. And with this post; I'm going to join SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge! Enchanted Defender.

This is mainly a defender that has the duty to defend it's team no matter if it lives or die. This monster is a melee attacker for what it should get the front place but it has so little health and attack power that it's not a good fit for the first position and there comes the the word "Defender". It has a big shield with what it can defend the team for quite some times. Enchanted Defender needs 4 mana for battle and I'm using this monster in level 1 to share a battle where this monster died defending its team. My Enchanted Defender is in level 1 with 1 melee attack, 1 speed, 4 shield & 1 health.

A Brief Info About The Match
The battles mana cap was 30 with the "Standard" rule where I used the death splinter for the battle and my opponent used fire splinter against me.
My Lineup.
As monsters, I had my Enchanted Defender in level 1, War Chaang in level 1, Phantom Soldier in level 1, Twisted Jester in level 1, Furious Chicken in level 1 & Centaur in level 1.
And my opponent had his/her cards as Elven Defender in level 1, Horny Toad in level 1, Spark Pixies in level 1, Serpentine Spy in level 1, Parasitic Growth in level 1 & Fire Elemental in level 1.
Let me talk about monsters that I used in this battle.
No 01: ENCHANTED DEFENDER (COMMON Neutral Monster)

No 02: WAR CHAANG (EPIC Neutral Monster)
It's an amazing monster who has a double attack. From the visual and from the official lore of the monster, we can see that this monster is something that's been used in war and I've only seen them in cinema before.
Although I used this monster in the battle in the third position as I used another double attack monster in the second position. For splinterlands, this is a fantastic monster with a double attack. I was kind of confused about the best position for this monster in the battle.
I've learned that it's best to use it in the second position as it has both ranged and melee attacks. From the second position, it can attack with a ranged attack and if the front monster dies then this monster can come to the front and attack with melee.
My WAR CHAANG is in level 1 which offers me 1 melee attack, 2 ranged attacks, 3 speed & 8 health with "Retaliate" ability and it needs 7 mana to play.

No 03: PHANTOM SOLDIER (EPIC Death Monster)
I still remember those days playing battle with death splinter where there was this monster. Then when I added this monster to my deck, I could see its beauty... the beauty in its action. With "flying" ability, this monster is the best fit in the earthquake ruleset and it has so nice powers.
My PHANTOM SOLDIER is in level 1 with 2 magic attacks, 3 speed, 8 health with "Flying" ability, and it needs 8 mana for the battle.

No 04: TWISTED JESTER (RARE Death Monster)
It's my favorite monster in splinterlands which is Twisted Jester.
I'm a big fan of this card from the beginning of my splinterlands journey so I don't need to check on its ability.
Twisted Jester is a good fit for the match for its special abilities and high attack, speed, health.
Oh, I like that clown a lot.
He doesn't talk but he bites, so be careful.
My TWISTED JESTER is in level 1 with 2 ranged attacks, 3 speed, 4 health with "Snipe" ability and it needs 4 mana to play.

No 05: Furious Chicken (Rare Neutral Monster)
This is the card that I use when there's a slot left but no mana left. I mean its service is great for free I suppose. Right now... I can't imagine playing a match without this card.
It's like the chicken that lays the golden egg. It provides great support with its counter attack. With 0 mana... it's just amazing.
My Furious Chicken is in level 1 with 1 speed, 1 health and It needs 0 mana to play.

No 06: CENTAUR COMMON Neutral Monster)
This is the monster that I abandoned long-ago thinking this is not that helpful for a battle although I used to like it very much at the beginning.
The problem at the beginning was that I didn't understand the rules of the game back then and I thought a monster is helpful when I saw it attacking without getting hit and a monster is not helpful that only gets hit.
But I didn't understand why a monster kept getting hit and probably that's why I dumped a lot of monsters that I liked and this one is one of em.
Right now I have a nice feeling about this monster as I know it has nice powers and with the nice rule and proper position, it can do better.
My Centaur is in level 1 with 1 ranged attack, 3 speed & 4 health with "Snipe" ability and it needs 4 mana to play.

- In my personal opinion... Enchanted Defender is a nice fit for the ruleset especially for the way it defends its team.

For the special ability of my summoner, all melee monsters of my opponent that had more than 1 melee attack, lost 1 melee each and for the special ability of my opponents summoner, all the opponent monsters got +1 speed each. Then the Spark Pixies of my opponent, the most speed holder in both team started the battle with its first attack on my Enchanted Defender and then Fire Elemental of my opponent attacked on my Enchanted Defender and together they successfully killed the shield of my Enchanted Defender and here ends the defending story of my Echanted Defender. While Fire Elemental of my opponent attacked on my Enchanted Defender, it didn't only destoryed the shield of my Enchanted Defender but also killed a health of my War Chaang throught the "Blast".
Then Fire Serpentine Spy of my opponent attacked and killed my Enchanted Defender and thus the attacking continued from both teams while my Phantom Soldier started attacking from my team and my Twisted Jester killed a monster of my opponent.
Fire Elemental of my opponent was doing good with its ranged attack along with the "Blast" ability untill it got killed by my Twister Jesters snipe. Then my War Chaang died but it killed its killer before it left the battlefield.
Then at a time, my opponent had only one monster left and that too died by a single shot of my Twisted Jester right after another monster of opponent team died. It's true that my Enchanted Defender died early but it didn't die fleeing. It died defending the team and that means a lot to my team.
The battle got finished in round 3 while my team still had three monsters alive. It was indeed a fantastic battle that my team fought.
