Hello

I hope you're having a great day!

Welcome to my another Splinterlands Battle Challenge.

In this post; I'll share my winning match with Manticore in splinterlands.
And with this post; I'm going to join SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge! - with Serpentine Spy in Steem and in Hive.

Youtube Video (Gameplay)

For better experience, you may watch the battle direct from steemmonsters official website from the link below.
Link to the match.

THEME: SERPENTINE SPY

Serpentines are naturally sneaky, but their highly-trained spies can infiltrate even the most secure bases in the Splinterlands. They wear minimal armor, because they are never caught. Retractable miniature spears are the chosen weapon of the Serpentine Spies; they can be hidden easily and brandished quickly for many uses. Source

Edition: UNTAMED
Rarity: COMMON
Element: FIRE

CHALLENGE RULES

  • I just created this post sharing a video of one of my battles using Serpentine Spy.
  • Just finished tagging splinterlands and spt.
  • So, to explain my lineup... Why did I use the cards I did? And why in that order?
Yeah about that... In this match; I've played with fire splinter.

A Brief Info About The Match

I was at DIamond 3 .
The battles mana cap was 17 with "Heavy Hitters and Up Close & Personal" Rules.
Me and my my opponent, both of us used fire splinter in this battle.

I bought 14 cards of Serpentine Spy and combined em to make one with level 3.

My Lineup.

image.png

I had my Cerberus in level 5 in level 6, Giant Orc in level 5, Serpentine Spy in level 3, Kobold Miner in level 6 & Furious Chicken in level 5.
It was my setup.

And my opponent had his cards as Serpent Of The Flame in level 4, Kobold Miner in level 6, Elven Cutthroat in level 6, Serpentine Spy in level 4 & Furious Chicken in level 4.
I'm pretty much sure that my opponent was also playing to show off the battle in this weeks battle challenge.

Let me talk about cards that I used in this battle.

Malric Inferno Rare Fire Summoner - as summoner.

Malric is a unique curiosity in the already diverse Burning Lands. He is a spectre of fire with powerful attacks of his own, but he is also extraordinarily brilliant. Malric has graduated from every Ferexia school, including the prestigious Summun Infuria. He is especially skilled in boosting the attack power of his monsters. Source

My Malric Inferno is in level 5 with the ability of giving all friendly melee attack monsters +1 melee attack and for that all my monsters in this battle got 1 extra melee attack.
It needs 3 mana.
Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

No 01: Cerberus (Rare Fire Monster)

It’s not easy being a three-headed dog. The constant bickering, biting and slobbering are always a distraction, and the heads can rarely agree on anything. When summoned to battle, these giant dogs present a fury of claw, flame and fang that is difficult for any monster to get past. Source

My Cerberus is in level 5 with 3 melee attack, 4 speed, 7 health with "Heal & Retaliate" ability.
It needs mana 4.

Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

No 02: Giant Roc (Common Fire Monster)

From far away, a Roc may be mistaken for a normal bird, but once it comes closer its true size can be appreciated. These massive birds never stray from the Burning Lands, most likely due to the warm ground and favorable nesting conditions of the uninhabitable wasteland of The Unknown. Source

My Giant Roc is in level 5 with 2 melee attack, 3 speed, 5 health with "Flying & Reach" ability.
It needs 5 mana.

Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

No 03: Serpentine Spy (Common Fire Monster)

Serpentines are naturally sneaky, but their highly-trained spies can infiltrate even the most secure bases in the Splinterlands. They wear minimal armor, because they are never caught. Retractable miniature spears are the chosen weapon of the Serpentine Spies; they can be hidden easily and brandished quickly for many uses. Source

My Serpentine Spy is in level 3 with 2 melee attack, 4 speed, 2 health with "Opporunity" ability.
It needs 3 mana.

I used this card at that position for it's "Opportunity" ability.

Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

No 04: Kobold Miner (Common Fire Monster)

The Kobolds of the Burning Lands are skilled at seeking and extracting precious stones from the innards of the planet. Their favorite tools are torches and hammers. Thanks to the extreme pride they take in their mining work, they happily accept their situation of servitude to the Torch. Source

My Kobold Miner is in level 6 with 2 melee attack, 4 speed, 2 health with "Sneak" ability.
It needs 2 mana.

Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

No 05: Furious Chicken (Rare Neutral Monster)

The chickens of the Splinterlands have had enough. For too long they have been kept in cages and pens. For too many generations their eggs have been made into omelettes, their breasts and thighs into nuggets, and their most pristine feathers into rather tacky jewelry. Under the brave leadership of a great hero known only as The Alpha Chicken, all chicken-kind is finally rising up against their oppressors. This uprising, all across the Splinterlands, is known as the Cluckening. Source

My Furious Chicken is in level 6 with 1 melee attack, 1 speed, 1 health with "Enrage" ability.
It needs 0 mana.

This is the card that I use when there's slot left but not mana left.
I mean it's service is great for free I suppose.

Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.
