For a better experience, you may watch the battle direct from splinterlands official website from the link below.

THEME: SNEAK
Targets the last monster on the enemy team instead of the first monster.
Not a powerful monster this week.
This theme is about the ability of some monsters.
I used two cards with this ability in a single battle and those are...
Kobold Minder of Fire Splinter & Elven Cutthroat of Neutral Splinter.
&
- I just created this post sharing a gameplay link of one of my battles using Sneak theme.
- Just finished tagging splinterlands and spt.
- So, to explain my lineup... Why did I use the cards I did? And why in that order?
Yeah about that... In this match; I've played with fire splinter.
A Brief Info About The Match
The battles mana cap was 18 with "Close Range & Melee Mayhem" Rules.
I used fire splinter for the match while my opponent used water splinter.
My Lineup.
I had my Cerberus in level 5, Giant Roc in level 5, Creeping Ooze in level 6, Kobold Miner in level 4 & Elven Cutthroat in level 5.
It was my setup.
And my opponent had his/her cards as Lord Arianthus in level 2, Pirate Captain (Gold) in level 4, Ruler of the Seas in level 2, Furious Chicken (Gold) in level 3 & Creeping Ooze (Gold) in level 4.
Let me talk about cards that I used in this battle.
Malric Inferno Rare Fire Summoner - as summoner.
Malric is a unique curiosity in the already diverse Burning Lands. He is a spectre of fire with powerful attacks of his own, but he is also extraordinarily brilliant. Malric has graduated from every Ferexia school, including the prestigious Summun Infuria. He is especially skilled in boosting the attack power of his monsters. Source
My Malric Inferno is in level 5 with the ability of giving all friendly melee attack monsters +1 melee attack and for that all my monsters in this battle got 1 extra melee attack.
It needs 3 mana.

No 01: CERBERUS (RARE Fire Monster)
It’s not easy being a three-headed dog. The constant bickering, biting and slobbering are always a distraction, and the heads can rarely agree on anything. When summoned to battle, these giant dogs present a fury of claw, flame and fang that is difficult for any monster to get past - Source.
My Cerberus is in level 4 with 3 melee attack, 4 speed & 7 health with "Heal & Retaliate" ability.
It needs 4 mana.
Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.
No 02: Giant Roc (Common Fire Monster)
From far away, a Roc may be mistaken for a normal bird, but once it comes closer its true size can be appreciated. These massive birds never stray from the Burning Lands, most likely due to the warm ground and favorable nesting conditions of the uninhabitable wasteland of The Unknown. Source
My Giant Roc is in level 5 with 2 melee attack, 3 speed, 5 health with "Flying & Reach" ability.
It needs 5 mana.
Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.
No 03: CREEPING OOZE (COMMON Neutral Monster)
For as long as anyone remembers, the fire mountain of Bren-Ha has spewed nothing but smoke and lava. Lately from its cracks, a small Creeping Ooze has been seeping. It cannot be stopped, and it absorbs anything in its creeping path. To make things worse, it managed to board a boat and escape Mortis - Source.
My Creeping Ooze is in level 8 with 1 melee attack, 3 speed, 3 health with "Slow" ability.
It needs 1 mana.
Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.
No 04: Kobold Miner (Common Fire Monster)
The Kobolds of the Burning Lands are skilled at seeking and extracting precious stones from the innards of the planet. Their favorite tools are torches and hammers. Thanks to the extreme pride they take in their mining work, they happily accept their situation of servitude to the Torch. Source
My Kobold Miner is in level 6 with 2 melee attack, 4 speed, 2 health with "Sneak" ability.
It needs 2 mana.
Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.
No 05: Elven Cutthroat (Common Neutral Monster)
Elves can be found living in many of the forests of the Splinterlands. They live in the trees, but come down often to collect resources from the forest floor. Though the elves are small and beautiful, they always have a seemingly endless supply of concealed knives, with which they are deadly accurate. Source.
My Elven Cutthroat is in level 5 with 2 melee attack, 4 speed, 3 health with "Sneak" ability.
It needs 3 mana.
Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.
Yeah, my strategy worked out perfectly and I think I'll use monsters with sneak ability again & again if I need to which I do actually.
Yes, I play with this theme often cause I like it.
This ability allows monsters with melee attack to strike from any position.I'm going to share this post with #splinterlands #spt hashtag on twitter after publishing this post.
