Hive power up day. Just a tiny one, because there is so much more!
It is the first of the month and I really felt it was time to power up a little bit of HIVE again. Not only because the community has been so supportive after my phishing scam earlier in the month, but also because the price of HIVE is having a difficult time in crypto space and it isn't bad to get some more locked in.
Why not more you ask? Well, I am still saving for the Splinterlands land sale to get me some land. But on the other hand I am realising that buying a tract will be over ambitious, and with the amount of liquid HIVE that I have now (a bit over 300 before the powerup) it doesn't make too much sense to even assume I can use this all. So I will keep a bit liquid and a bit to power up.
The next thing I would really want to mention is that I got this cool gift from @revisesociology or @revise.leo in the form of some powered up HIVE. Talk about having friends in the community and this comes from someone who is living off the grid and talking about how he is making his finances work every month. I feel very grateful and Karl, you are a rockstar you know that right?
Another thing I want to mention is that Rising Star went into BETA today and they have a ton of new cards on the market. The coolest one ofcourse is the legendary card of @steevc the geeky guitar player, which is tried getting in my packs but isn't mine as yet. @risingstar did an excellent job in releasing new cards and getting other ones out of print, and also with changing the rewards over the last couple of weeks, making the game more sustainable.
So much is happening that I don't really know where to spread my funds to, so I am doing a little bit of everything, and not really committing to one horse.
Did I mention I got an invite from Voice over the weekend that I could join? I don't know man...but hey who knows that also will be a bit of a funds maker, but EOS is just too complicated for me it feels. When I find some juice in the system, I might just try...but I also might just let it pass me by.

I knew my card was coming, but it is still cool to see it in the game. I am honoured to be considered worthy of a legendary.

power ups are reasons for fiesta, also cool to see them back in stats from power up dates...always good..
The question rises..if someone pulls your card, for how much would it be worth to you? :D
It looks like 2 have been pulled, but none are on sale yet. Similar cards get posted at 500 HIVE, which is a lot. I'm reluctant to power down, even for this.
I'm powering up a little more today thanks to Coinbase giving me more crypto I would not use. HIVE is always useful to me.
yeah powering down to buy the card seems not right..
But blogging to save up for it seems better. I dont know.
Maybe you could trade one with someone for other cards which you have
I am using various other tokens I earn for the games. Plan to buy some land in Splinterlands this week, but not a huge amount. I play for fun, not profit.
