Which reward monster is best with Earth Summoners?? My Splinterlands Social Challenge post!

What's up Splinterland Players!

I hope you all enjoying Splinterlands!

This is your splinter fellow warrior mango-juice with another Splinterlands Social challenge post!!

Summer is again back again in our state and so does the second stage of COVID-19. I am also getting better day by day with my leg injury. I have spent really a long time lying in bed but now I can walk thou it's very painful. I am also doing the leg workout but it really feel pain a lot, mainly muscle related but you got to do it if you want to walk and run like before.

Meanwhile, I am spending my days after the crypto rush and most of my time is devoted to Splinterlands. Today after a long time period, I won a tournament and won 15000 DEC! It a really a big amount compared to my card collection. I am really feeling happy today because after I came back and started investing again in SL, this is the first time I won something big. I can now tell that my new cards are worthy, specially Zaku and his comrades.

Talking about today's social post, I took some time first to think which monster I should talk about today. And none other than Screeching Vulture won this time and grabbed his place in my weekly curation post.

Screeching Vulture are super usable in low and medium mana matches. If you really want a powerful monster with opportunity ability to cover your back which can take down low health enemy and also can evade enemy attacks due to his high speed and flying ability, Screeching Vulture maybe your true companion!

I always love playing matches with Earth monsters with a good mix of all of the monsters (melee, ranged and magic ones, even no attackers) depending upon the match type and total mana limit. Now that I have almost all the untamed and reward Earth cards, I am focusing more on them currently to perform better in untamed tourneys and testing their worth on the battlefield.

However, Costing only 3 mana, this monster has shown great potential on the battlefield, especially in the melee friendly matches, so today I chose him to showcase in front of all of you, splinter lovers.

Ok so, before moving on, lt use see what s being written in the book of Splinterlore for him.

Will the screeching never cease? Not if you’re living in the foothills of the Seed Mountains of Anumün. The place is so teeming with life that death is quite widespread as well. If it weren’t for the diligent work of the Vultures, rotting carcasses would be everywhere. When a beast goes down for the last time, the Vultures know instantly, as if by some magical perception. They always approach the carrion with just the right number of Vultures. The screeching is simply the delighted noise they make while they’re ripping into flesh. When summoned to battle, these hook-beaked buzzards will also go after the living.

For this reward edition card, Right now there are currently no max Sparx Pixies available at the market, even at a high price and the price for the most high level one is exactly 216$ for a level 7 (108 bcx) costing 2$ per bcx, costing 249,451.438 DEC). There are also some low level upgraded monsters available at slightly lower prices and The single ones are available starting at 0.051$ and will cost you 58.898 DEC as per the current rate.

What Screeching Vulture are actually capable of?

Let's have a look into his stats and find out!

Level 1 - In its initial level, it carries 1 melee attack with 2 health and 2 speed. It brings Flying and opportunity ability at the initial level with it.
Level 3 - At level 3, it carries 1 melee attack at 3 speed and 3 health.
Level 6 - At the 6th level, It possesses 2 melee attack with 2 health at 4 speed. It also gets the Scavenger ability from level 6.
Level 10 - At the maximum level, It possesses 3 melee attack with 4 health at 5 speed.

So, what do you think? It is a fantastic choice to level the overall defence up, isn't it? Let's now see their abilities.

Can attack from any position and target the opponent monster having the lowest health.

Ruleset So, It was a single ruleset as below...

- Target Practice Monsters with ranged and magic attacks get snipe ability.

Well, It's a medium mana match this time and I am thinking to go for the Earth summoner Wizard of Eastwood because its a sniper ruleset match. Since the ruleset is favourable on rangers and magic ones, I can surely use some melee monsters this time to cope with things up!

`GLORIDAX SOLDIER`

I chose GLORIDAX SOLDIER in the first place because of its high health + shield with flying, Shield and Oppress ability. I have a level 8 and it has 3 melee attack, 3 armour at 3 speed and 8 health.

`ORC SERGEANT`

I chose ORC SERGEANT in the second place because of its inspire and reach ability. I have a level 10 and it has 3 melee attack at 4 speed and 8 health.

`SCREECHING VULTURE`

I chose a SCREECHING VULTURE in the third place because of its high speed and flying + opportunity + scavenger ability. I have a level 10 and it has 3 melee attack at 5 speed and 4 health. I recently bough a max level and it's performing above well.

`GOBLIN THIEF`

I chose GOBLIN THIEF in the fourth place because of its 4 mana cost and high sneak attack with shatter ability. I have a level 10 and it has 4 melee attack at 5 speed and 5 health. This is Mainly to give our backline enemies a little bit of destruction in meantime.

`SAND WORM`

I chose SAND WORM in the fifth place because of its high level sneak attack with Snare ability. I have a level 7 only and it has 6 melee attack at 3 speed and 7 health.

`FURIOUS CHICKEN`

I chose FURIOUS CHICKEN in the last place because of its 0 mana cost. I have a level 3 and it has 1 melee attack at 1 speed and 1 health. It has no abilities at level 3.

Battle Result

Let us now take a leap of faith straight into the gameplay.

Well, it was an awesome medium mana match and friends, the match was full of high level monsters as my opponent used a max Lynna Natura Earth Summoner against me! My opponent was having some max level Earth cards and his line up was great too! Let's look down to the match!

First, let us follow the opponent's line-up...

My opponent @monstercontests used max Earth summoner Lynna Natura against me.
At the front position, he used Gilatinous Cube Level 10. He definitely chose an immortal tanker to his front and I just hope I get able to kill this high-level cubic beast with my warriors.
At the second position, he puts the Stone Golem lev 6.
At the third he used Spirit Shaman lev 4.
At the fourth position, he puts Wood Nymph level 10.
At the fifth position, he puts Javeline Thrower lev 8.
At the sixth position, he puts The Earth Elemental level 7.

AS you can see from the battle, the opponent's line up was very defensive to kill, especially with that cube at the front following by some more max level monsters of all 3 abilities, melee, ranged and magic. He went full-on melee attack upon me at my front position and also used the Spirit Shaman to stun my monsters. He also used wood nymph at the fourth position to heal up his defences and Earth Elemental at sixth as an extra bag of self-healing defence. He would think that I will be using melee and range mixture monsters but this time I believed in the melee warriors mainly.

My Gloridax Soldier did a great job here at the front and with his oppress ability he ate up the cube without breaking a sweat. Thanks to the sneak gang for their back to back attacks upon the backside enemy monsters thus giving me some an awesome win. The Orc Sergent also helped me with the Inspire ability and increased the melee power of all my monsters and the Sand Worm with his high power sneakattacks. The sneak monsters really steal the show here while my other monsters were doing their job nicely.
