CUB Farming & Ways To Earn on Splinterlands

Hi Everyone,

What an exciting few days! On Hive, most of my time is interacting with Hive friends on discord or telegram groups, play Splinterland and share something via blogging. This week CUB has really made me step out of my comfort zone and learn something new in a matter of a few days. Special thanks to @gerber and @littlenewthings both have helped me heaps with my issues providing liquidity and those on the LEO discord with new beginner questions. It was sure exciting and paying more than I should on fees but I guess it is a price to pay for learning and most of my profit has gone to fees. I started off with the safe pool in the Dens and moved onto the farms. Things are starting to stablise on my end and less transactions are used each day and me jotting down every move I make to keep track of things.

Apart from CUB, Splinterlands is also a great way to earn some DECs which can be used to buy cards, packs or sell for Hive. I probably have more time later and will get back to tournaments. Just having a look at it now at the time of writing, Splinterlands has rewarded over 220k USD worth or prizes! Seriously thats pretty amazing with various tournaments each week. Even upcoming ones this week prizes are worth over $4k!

The other way to earn is to play your daily quests. These few days have been busy with CUB but most days I would try to finish my quest. Once you finish them, you can get chests which could be DEC, cards or potions. Personally I don't like the potions as it is getting way out of hand but they were handy when I was opening packs so I'm sure its a dilemma for those who buy packs all the time. The best part has to be end of season rewards where we open a heap of chests and each opening is as exciting as the last. This week has been pretty full on and I'm glad this is all happening on Hive!
