Verico Cards: How to get Toil & Kin Bonus

So after the Verico cards are released, there is 54 new cards to play with on land, and community is scratching their heads to figure out how best to use this cards today, although their real benefits are not unlocked yet.

In Visions of Verico, you'll find that the fate of the Splinterlands may not be a conflict that is won with blade and blood. Rather, it is your ability to tap into the full potential of the rivers and trees and mountains of Praetoria. Collect and level-up 54 worker cards that are specifically forged to construct, build, harvest, salvage, and craft like nothing you've seen before!
The true power of this world lies below your feet, battle mage. Let's get to work!

Basically, the Verico cards are more suitable for buildings, which is not released yet, but yet, in the meantime, they can be used on Land with benefits. There are will the following benefits, each unlocked at different level. If you can max the card to Level 10, obviously you will unlock all the abilities. However, that required 400 individual cards, which is not an easy task.

Even without the L10, there are key breakpoints where the card can be useful depending on break-points.

To a lot of people; L4 is a good break point for Skin Airdrop, which is 30 CC cards. Also since L1 building require 80 CC card. The way the math works is as follows:

Max cap on building pp, L10 Building = 100,000 PP
L1 Building = 20,000 PP
So L1 Building requires 20% of base PP cap. Since a max common Foreman card is 400 CC, which is what is needed to power a max level Building, 20% of 400 CC = 80 CC.

It will take 80 CC card to power a L1 Building.

So that could be a lower limit for the Verico card level that you may want to target.

Basic Set Up

I am trying to plan a scenario, where when the buildings are released, I don't have to move cards much. I have a lot of common Wood, Iron, and Grain plots, where I can stake the Verico cards and get some immediate boost.

I had this plot: PR-PNW-010-01-033

image.png

That was my old set up. This is a common Forest natural plot earning 26.2/h in wood. Notice how I changed this plot to various scenario on the first image of the post above. Now it is earning 40.26/h in wood. Following is the screenshot of the full bonus.

Hope this helps you guys to plan and stake your Verico cards.

That's exactly why I'm on it... I have a few idle plots that I really want to get going, and the Land Card bonuses motivate to buy low cost cards as their PP is low enough to get all the perks.

Looks like you are doing well to max a few cards.

Getting closer! But still quite a bit away from it :-)

I might have to bite the bullet and buy a pack or two. Did the vote pass to burn the rest of them or not?

Oh wow, okay. Are they useless if I don't have any buildings?

No, please look at the images of this very post! They do give boosts to the existing resources as of right now.
