December Guild Report - Dinero Juegos (En/Es)
Happy New Year! / ¡Feliz año nuevo!
Here's an overview of some of the events, accomplishments, and metrics for the Dinero Juegos Guild over the month of December.

An amazing first year for the guild...
Starting the month off, we had just advanced to a level 2 Guild.
Our next goal, unlocking the Arena, further engaging on hive.blog/splintertalk, and getting out members more excited and engaged with each other and the community.
We also hoped to begin competing in rank with the top 3 Spanish Guilds.
Un primer año increíble para el gremio ...
Comenzando el mes, acabábamos de avanzar a un Gremio de nivel 2.
Nuestro próximo objetivo, desbloquear la Arena, participar aún más en hive.blog/splintertalk y lograr que los miembros estén más entusiasmados y comprometidos entre sí y con la comunidad.
También esperábamos comenzar a competir en el ranking con los 3 mejores gremios españoles.
The month wasn't without struggle: We had a couple members respectfully step down, and we also had the usual Holiday madness take away from our usual playtime.
Our moderator @melonapple had left the in-game guild (but remains in our hearts and the community) as he had other obligations he needed to tend to in order to get back into playing daily.
However, it wasn't without celebration... We had a new, active member join our ranks in his place. On top of that, he delegated over 9000 collection power to various members of the guild to help them during his downtime. 💝
El mes no estuvo exento de dificultades: Un par de miembros se retiraron respetuosamente, y también tuvimos la locura navideña habitual que nos quitó de nuestro tiempo de juego habitual.
Nuestro moderador melonapple había dejado el gremio del juego (pero permanece en nuestros corazones y en la comunidad) porque tenía otras obligaciones que tenía que atender para poder volver a jugar a diario.
Sin embargo, no fue sin celebración ... Un nuevo miembro activo se unió a nuestras filas en su lugar. Además de eso, delegó más de 9000 de poder de recolección a varios miembros del gremio para ayudarlos durante su tiempo de inactividad. 💝
So how did we do on our goals?
Fantastic!
Not only were we able to start dipping into the top 200 overall guilds, but we're beginning to compete in the top 3 Spanish guilds as well!
While we didn't quite unlock the Arena, we were able to contribute over 7500 DEC towards the upgrade, so over 75% of the way there!
We also had a few fun and successful events, a good kick off with the Chaos Legion, and overall rose the ranks as a team.

¡Fantástico!
¡No solo pudimos comenzar a batalia en los 200 mejores gremios en general, sino que también comenzamos a competir en los 3 mejores gremios españoles!
Si bien no desbloqueamos la Arena del todo, pudimos contribuir con más de 7500 DEC, ¡así que más del 75% del camino hasta allí!
También tuvimos algunos eventos divertidos y exitosos, un buen comienzo con la Legión del Caos y, en general, subimos de rango como equipo.

This month was great, a lot of support from the community, many very good awards, and above all a united community that supports so that one is not always active in discord. How great will 2022 be with the group we are going for more 😎.

Amazing guild and a great way to end the year! Closing in on #1 Spanish guild. If we keep growing at this pace I think we can take it!
