[A letter To The Past]- Be Positive, Smiling And Emphatic:

Dear Me,

How are you doing today? hope you are fine?. 10 years ago I remembered how naive you are, very brilliant, never know anything about woman, always looking happy and very smart.
December 2010, I was eagerly waiting for my A level result because I have already checked my jamb result and I passed excellently, I did my POST UTME and I scored above the cut-of mark. I just need my A level result to be admitted to University. Fortunately I made all.
The reason I am writing to you today is to learn from your mistakes 10 years ago. Develop strength in your weakness and use it to do exploit since you can not go back to the past to correct your mistakes and stand strong against your weakness.
I am also writing to you today because your family wants you to study medicine so that by the next 10 years, you will become medical Doctor and you are very happy to study this course because they wanted medical Doctor in our family.
Do not forget that, sometimes life does not always be the way we want it. Let me tell you the best thing to do now. You need to trust God and believe him since our destiny is not hidden from him. He knows where you will be in the next 10 years from now. Why can't you pray to God to direct every moment of your life and forget 10 years of a thing.
Remember life is not going to be rosy the way you are looking at it now. Daddy always pay attention to you and provided everything you need now. Mummy always taking care of you and make sure nothing happens to you; you are even eating 5 meals per day. Time is coming that mummy and daddy will not be with you. Therefore, prepare yourself against every unseen event that my come on your way by acquiring knowledge from books, TV show, what has happened to others and use it to develop capacity against whatever that comes on your way.
Be smiling always, since smile makes someone younger and beautiful. Don't envy anyone including your friends, be positive, flexible and apt to change. Remember anyone can make mistake; therefore, don't yell or laugh at your friends when they make mistake or fail rather be emphatic and ready to help them out. Remember that you will always need the help of others in one area of life; to avoid 'law of karma' always help someone when their help is in your hands. Abstain from evil and always do good to everyone.

I knew you are naive now, don't let friends influence you on negative things. I could see you are working with kids that are older than you. Right now, you are being influenced by some of their negative characters such as lying- whenever mum asked you were you are coming from you lied to her; and stealing- by going into mummy's pot and stole meat and fish. Be careful !!!.
Enjoy your moment, always thanking and appreciate God for the gift of life and for keeping you till now. Be positive, smiling and emphatic to others because they are the keys to leave a life of peace.
