Splinterlands missed the boat when they didn't put measures in place to somehow prevent people from just operating dozens of accounts and shitting all over everyone else in the game. It's too late now. They'd just piss off EVERYONE if they did anything now.

Personally, I don't mind bots much since they, more often than not, lose to my beginner deck of cards. I do acknowledge how they can take away the fun from many other players. 🤔

It's not just bots. There are some top level players who have all sorts of accounts and play multiple times in the tournaments.

You're right, though, some bots aren't bad... they're easy to beat. I just wish they'd come up with unique names so we didn't even know they were bots

I could see names which do not look like belonging to bots, but their selection of cards makes it obvious that they are bots. For example, a battle with 30 Max Mana is fought by another "player" with cards using a total of just 20 Mana. 🤔

I don't always fill mana caps. Sometimes, lower mana cards are actually more useful.
