I think this is a great Tournament Sponsored by @blocktrades and @steemmonsters. They have even set a limit to Silver level cards, making it more of a test of skill and luck rather than who has bought the most cards. Last year Blocktrades also held a poker tournament to win a Steemfest 3 ticket. I was lucky enough to make it to the final table but @coinbelly was just to good on the day and won the ticket. This year I'm hoping to get lucky with the Splinterlands tournament. 🤞
The winner will not only receive a ticket to Steemfest, this prize also includes accommodation!
Steemfest 4 is being held in Bangkok, Thailand from November 6 to November 11. If you still don't know what Steemfest is, pop over and check our their web page or the official announcement post from @roelandp. But basically Steemfest is an annual social event, the biggest of it's kind within the Steem community. A great opportunity to meet other Steemers and find out news about the blockchain, what's coming up and anything you may have missed.
My wife @mumma-monza and I have never been to Steemfest, this year will be our first and we cannot wait to experience it. We would have loved to attend last year but Poland was just too far away for our budget.

But last year there was no Splinterlands tournaments and I don't know how many of these free ticket packages they give away each year. If there is, I will be sure to post about it and let you all know... for now I can just cross my fingers and toes and hope.
