What Steem Blockchain Interface Are You Using ?

If your reading this then its likely you already know about Steem-Engine and Tribe Sites but just in case you are one of the few that don't here is a brief introduction.

With the addition of STEEM-ENGINE (The Steem Blockchains very own exchange) came the introduction of a very welcomed group of Steemit clone sites (more commonly referred to as TRIBES). These TRIBES award newly created tokens for content creating and curation on their sites which can be sold or traded on the Steem-Engine exchange.

Its next too impossible to keep up with all these new tribes that are popping up but some of these newly created sites have already picked up moderate to massive success and adaption among those of us who already use this blockchain.

Palnet is the first to come to mind with its token (PAL). Its directed at the broader user base of STEEM as you can use the palnet site to post about almost anything. It was created and is run by the group Peace, Abundance and Liberty who have a rather large community and discord channel.

Splintertalk is the second "TRIBE" that comes to mind when I think about these clone sites. Its a site used specifically for discussing all things Steem-Monsters / Splinterlands related. Post about anything else on the site or while using its tag and you run the risk of getting flagged.

Steem-Monsters (rebranded to Splinterlands) has been a massive success on the blockchain so I'm banking on SPT being successful as well.

Battle Games is another that has been picking up steem (Pun Intended) and has become one of the more popular Tribes. It was the first Tribe site to focus strictly on gaming content with an emphasis on BlockChain gaming.

BattleGames also has a video blogging site where users can post their video gaming content and get rewarded for it. It already has a bunch of curators on the site so chances are if you create some good gaming content while using the BATTLE tag eventually you will find yourself getting an upvote from a BATTLE whale.

Along with a posting and video blog site they have an active discord so if you ever have any question about the coin the founder can usually be found via their discord channel --> https://discord.gg/hyWr3Z8. If you stick around in their general chat long enough, you're likely to witness a giveaway or two.

Some of these Tribe sites are niche based such as www.creativecoin.xyz which is specifically meant for content discussing and displaying things in the creative arts field. There are other tribes such as neoxian.city that award the NEOXAG Token / Steemace (Gaming Content) and many others.

Of course we also have the original site Steemit and the ones that came after (Steempeak) that many still use. So now that we all had time to check out some of these cool new additions to the Steem-Blockchain I would like to pose the same question I did some months back .......

Steempeak, because it integrates all the tribes.

Partiko when I'm on mobile, and when I want to go flag stuff.

A good choice indeed.

I haven't used Partiko yet but I'm of one of the very few who rarely use mobile.

I agree with @holoz0r in that I'll use both Steempeak and Partiko. I would include Peakmonsters for Splinterlands and Steem-Engine for trading tokens.

I use Peakmonsters allot also for comparing SM card prices and the explorer feature. Its a great addition to the chain and SM game in general.

I also rent cards and it's a nice little money spinner if people can keep their contracts.

Nice, instead of renting cards I loan out accounts on a rev share. I had 12 accounts loaned out at one point but have cut back to about 7 atm.

At some point I will check out the rental market.

How does that work? I've heard it could be done but I've never done it myself.

I delegate Splinter Teams to an account and then give the posting key to an interested party. At the end of each season (sometimes two seasons) I will split the rewards won on the account 50/50 or 40/60 depending on certain conditions.

I use the tags, but none of the interfaces, @rentmoney. I post to dApps that pay with upvotes:

The dApps I post with are:

  • esteem
  • busy
  • ntopaz - Photography
  • travelfeed
  • tasteem - restaurant reviews
  • dpoll
  • dlike

For those that do not allow 10 tags, I edit with steempeak to get my 10 in there.

This gets me a lot of bang for the buck. I have not even looked at most of the tribe interfaces.

That is a great idea @fitinfun.

The only one I used out of your list is Dpoll and that is to participate in other content creators polls. I should look into some of your listed interfaces a little more to see if I can bring more value to my content.

Thanks for sharing your list.

You definitely can do better with the dApps. I have some reviews and "how to's" in this older post of minnow tips.

You CAN Succeed on STEEM

If you want to try with any of them, feel free to ask me any questions. Using the dApps is one of my best $$$ strategies here.

I use Steempeak still and tag the others. So for the only .io I have used for posting purposes has been naturalmedicine.io I know if I used the other front ends it would help with their coins, but I'm not going to go to 15 different pages to post or read.

Your comment is the first I heard of naturalmedicine.io.

I still mainly post from Steemit but do use the Battle / SPT front ends from time to time. Palnet the odd time as well.
