Worldhelper Update

Hey!
First of all thanks for the amazing feedback I have gotten! Not sure what I expected, so thank you very much.

I have not renewed my 1000SP lease since I still have it for around 2 weeks more. I have bought a new lease for 1000 SP at @minnowbooster if anyone is interested in filling that order.

I have also change the upvote time to 6 mins instead of instant, hopefully this will give me some more SP to give out even bigger votes. I was also not getting any SP for the second week since I had it on instant upvote, my bad. It is giving me SP back :p

Worldhelpers VP has been getting down to 88% and 85% those are the two lows points the VP have hit, but it quite hard to calculate since not everybody I upvote posts daily. So what I have done when Worldhelpers Vp is at 99% - 99.5% full, I have upvoted @treeplanter's comments with 50% weight.
I wanna give out 100% upvotes to people who posts daily and if it ever becomes a problem with the VP, people who doesn't post daily will be put down to a lower weight.

I am currently still upvoting my main account @cwow2 so worldhelper doesn't waste his VP. I am currently upvote 17 people automatically and the VP still goes to 100% sometimes, so I will keep an upvote on myself for now :)
