what's up Splinter Player around the world how are you doing? I am sharing my battle this time in new format of battle challenge that discussion about cannot using Legendary monster ruleset. That is Lost Legendaries ruleset. Basically this ruleset is cannot using only legendary monster which is the legendary monster is very powerfull and almost in every battle is very usefull. Without legendary monster maybe we all need to more carefull to arrange the line up. But, fortunately we still can using Legendary Summoners. So we can combine the ability of the Legendary Summoner with some of monster from common until Epic Rarities monster.

Lost Legendaries ruleset is make both player cannot using Legendary monster only, but we still can using legendary summoners. At least we can utilize the ability from the Legendary Summoners which the ability is pretty good and usefull in the battle. But, somehow in this ruleset we still think and feel something missing. Yeah i can feel that too, legendary monster are very powerfull and usefull from my point on view. even less the ability from Legendary Monster is crutial and very helpfull to make arrangement of our line up easily. But, the ruleset is absolute we need to change that and obey the rule. So, we need to think outside the box a little bit to using monster from common until epic monster this time.

Strategy Phase

As you can see in the picture above this battle have 3 ruleset. The first ruleset is Even Stevens that means we can only using even mana cost monsters the second ruleset is Lost Legendary that means like i tell you before we cannot using Legendary monster only and the last but not least is Counterspell that means all monster will having magic reflect ability and can counter magic damage taken to the attacker back. The manacap that can be used is 38 which is pretty fine,without legendary monster it will be enough but still to calculate and manage the monster that we bring. The element that cannot be used in this battle is just Earth element and Death Element.
So i think the strategy is looking like in the table below

SummonerScreenshot (2283).pngOkay i am choosing this summoner because with the element that active,dragon element is having more advantage than the others. with using dragon element so i will having choice with using dragon monsters,one element that i am choosing in this case i am choosing water element and the last i can using netural monster too.
Frontliner Tanker I am using this monster because this monster is very capable placing in the front liner tanker. this monster have high speed combined with high HP also this monster having retaliate ability that can make this monster counter attack melee damage that this monster take and with Enrage ability this monster will get additional speed and melee damage buff after taken damage.
Secondary Reach Attacker I am using this monster because i need some additional monster with melee that can filling line up in second position before Deeplurker going to the frontliner attacker. I still need more turn to make Deeplurker attacking the weakest HP of the opponent monster first. Reducing opponent power line up can make benefit to my line up. With Stun ability this monster having chance to stun the opponent frontliner tank so i am having chance get away from one attack turn from opponent frontliner tanker.
Opportunity Attacker I am using this monster because this monster is trully troublesome monster and very powerfull to be main core attacker in my line up. With Opportunity ability this monster will targeting the weakest HP of the opponent line up. Even the opponent having Shield ability or shield that cover opponent HP with poison ability this monster can still give additional 2 damage every turn. Dont forget too with the demoralize ability from this monster that can make the opponent losing 1 poin melee damage.
Buff Support I am using this monster because this monster is very usefull in giving buff to my team mates. With adding speed from swiftness ability my team mates can more faster than opponent monster. and with strenghten ability my team mates will get 1 additional HP from this ability.who knows that 1 HP different can change the flow of the battle right.
AttackerI am using this monster to filling my line up and want to maximalize this monster ability that is stun. yeah i having 2 monster with the same target and having stun ability too. i can say that my luck is not very good in my life so i need adding one more monster that having stun too so if the Twilight Basilisk cannot stun the opponent frontliner tanker at least this monster still have chance to stun the opponent. But back again it will determined by the luck and the RNG. i cannot say anything that based on luck.
Taunt Tanker I am using this monster as a base of the attack of the opponent monster, this taunt monster is very strong to holding some of magic damage and if the opponent using range monster it will get the back damage from return fire ability. With void ability this monster can reduce the damage taken from opponent magic monster. This monster is having a lot of HP too. it will buy some time while my other line up giving damage to opponent line up. Hopefully this monster can holding long enough to make my other line up reducing opponent power line up. Dont forget that the ruleset is having Counterspell that can make return the damage if opponent using magic monster. So this monster is very suitable as a tanker in this battle.

So this is my line up without using Legendary monster. i think this strategy is good enough. So lets see the battle and see what opponent think and arrange in this ruleset battle.

Okay in this battle i am encountered with strong opponent and by the way this battle i am using my scholar account from Balthazar guild. this guild is very good for learning gameplay in diamond league with full maxed Chaos legion edition only. I know Mangomayhems is strong opponent i usually meet and see in the tournament before. thats why i know that this player is strong. Hopefully this battle can side to me. Lets break down the battle

Round 1

As usual in the first round both parties get buff and debuff from both summoners and monsters.
In this situation my team got

  • Additional 1 speed buff from Supply Runner ability Swiftness
  • Additional 1 HP buff from Supply Runner ability Strengthen
  • Reduce 1 Melee damage debuff from opponent Deeplurker ability Demoralize

In opponent side only

  • Reduce 1 Melee damage debuff from my Deeplurker ability Demoralize

So after the battle begun both team attacking each other and what make crutial is Return Fire ability from both parties Wavebrood. and additional Magic Reflect ability from the Counterspell ruleset.In round 1 both Wave Brood still can standing up after got so many attack from all the monster attack and in round 1 as i said before with my luck no opponent monster got stun from all my monster that having stun ability. otherwise the opponent in round 1 can stun my Wave Brood. how can that possible?
I am very very annoyed with this RNG almost the battle and make me stress over lately.

In round 1 i cannot predict who will win the battle. from my analytics my team still faster than the opponent team but the opponent team having Merdhampir that can adding max HP each time attacking regardless having shield or not that from the cripple ability effect.

Round 2

Okay the round 2 started and this round is making the most movement and pace of this battle.
In this round my team is more likely leading the battle with my Deeplurker starting to defeated opponent Wave Brood first. and following by my Igor Darkspear defeated opponent Diemonshark after both Diemonshark attacking each other due the Retaliate ability. And sadly my Wave Broond defeated to by opponent Deeplurker. But here in end of the round 2 the opponent line up is reducing by half. but, still the RNG still can be bad after this. let's see in the next round

Round 3

Okay in round 3 the opponent line up reduced by one again with my Supply Runner defeated opponent Magi of Chaos that make the opponent leaving just 3 monster. And due the Opponent Deeplurker ability Demoralize my Deeplurker cannot defeated opponent Igor Darkspear in one hit. With looking the GIF i can say that i can win this battle. Leaving just one Melee monster and the rest monster is range monster i think the opponent don't have any chance to defeat me this time even the opponent have very good RNG that i will miss most the attack i think in no time opponent will admited defeat.

Round 4

In round 4 with Trample ability my Diemonshark can give high damage to opponent Merdhampir after defeated opponent Deeplurker and make it easy defeated by my other team mates. Following by my Supply Runner defeated opponent Merdhampir and my Twilight Basilisk ended this battle by defeated opponent Igor Darkspear.

Conclution

Okay based on the Lost Legendary ruleset, we can say that never underestimate monster from common until Epic monsters. If we can organize it well it will make the good combination to our line up. But, dont forget Legendary summoner is better summoner than Common until Epic rarity Summoner. thats why not just only utilize the monster we still need to exploring Legendary summoners too. They made not just for nothing, Legendary summoners is very something, and when you can adapt it and can combine ability from Legendary summoners with the monster inside your line up, it will make your line up stronger than the opponent line up. But, arranging monster and choosing the monster is very crutial too. The opponent makes small mistakes that bringing Magi of Chaos into this battle. this battle have another ruleset that is Counterspell that will make all magic monster will get back damage from the magic reflect ability. and with the other ruleset beside Lost Legendary ruleset. using Quix is the best, most of people will guess that using Quix in this ruleset battle but Quix is also the archenemy for ranged monster. Thats why the opponent locked by the ruleset. My suggestion is never underestimed the low rarity monster. For example, even this monster is just common. Deeplurker is included with the core of the water element. And this monster is very crutial to bring in the battle.
