EOS Report for ASII

The First Season of Phase I is Done

How did we do?

Not bad, TBH- not as well as I would've hoped but we did manage to hit some pretty important milestones:
Sold all the Chaos Legion Gold Foil cards from our pack opening
(https://peakd.com/splinterlands/@axrho/analyzing-the-packs-opened-for-asii)
and there were A LOT of GF cards to be unloaded!
Started buying/combining some cards where the ROE looked attractive
'Purchased' our first collection from another player (@cardshrine- he received 275 ASII for some cards he didn't want/couldn't rent.) and we put them to good use!
Had an 'outside' investor buy a couple of ASII tokens (@pieternijmeijer)

and finally, started renting out our cards and building up the Yield Farm.

By the Numbers

All together, the Yield Farming brought in:
BXT 1.64
DEC 9,239.11
SPS 2,881.05

for a DEC equivalent of 109,473 DEC during the season.
Rentals brought in an additional 32,903 DEC (the rental cards also contributed quite a bit to the SPS as the account has ~500K in CP. Providing about 40 SPS/day from the AD or 600 SPS over the course of the season)

All told, the ASII-Rentals account was able to generate almost 160K DEC least season, and returned 95% of that to HODLers-
@cardshrine received 2,145 DEC after EOS
@pieternijmeijer received 11.7 DEC (1.5 ASII tokens)
Which, averages out to an APR of just over 60%

Phase I Plan

Will continue to look for opportunities to exchange ASII tokens for cards- Untamed and newer (Dice, Reward, Chaos Legion) taking unrentable/unplayable assets off of players hands then turning them into cash generating holdings.
Will also start buying 'targeted' cards off the market- first cards to level existing/acquired cards and second to build up more and more cards where our ROE/ROA is high.
I have some great plans, some good tools and I am excited by the direction of the account and token.

If a person delegated a card to you, can you then use that card to put up on the rental market, so long as it remains delegated? or is that just a dumb question haha?

Renting a delegated card, would be a 'sublet', which isn't allowed.
You can only list 'For Rent' cards you own.
