3rd installment. Got to be a quick one, there's all sorts going on today. I have a funeral to get to. Seems like everyones losing their dads these days. I lost mine ages ago. Cancer is gross.

We are filled with potential for emotional upheaval at any moment. Often we are plateauing in this respect or its all just simmering under the surface, but when difficulty arises, man, are we geared to explode! Or crumble...
I try to observe my feelings and allow them to be expressed without necessarily taking major actions based off them or building my life around them. Thoughts are almost just as bad! Are thoughts and feelings inseperable? Sometimes it seems like they are different entities, but recently Im not so sure. I think they are a multiheaded beast with many ways to unbalance us or ensnare us in delusion. Just watch, allow, deepest acceptance, effortless furtherance. One step at a time, each now, as our existence unfolds. Thats where im at.
Anyone for some distraction?

Splinterlands

time for a sneak quest!

I like these ones because you get to use all the different splinters for the quest and it makes it a bit more exciting. Although strangely, not always quicker or more successful feeling.... hmmm

Anyway. Sneak is great because I get to use my ONE gold foil legendary card: Iza the Fanged! (Iza I love you, you will always be my first).

This was satisfying just because I knew my opponent was going to pump magic so I reduced it with bortus and put Torhilo up front. Ha! While my sneaky coral wraith messes up the backline ;p

This one I lost. Only monsters worth 4 or less so I chose earth and threw Iza in to a warzone. Im sorry my love : ( The opponents tactics were excellent, reflecting all my magic with Owster and using a levelled up monk xenith monk was an amazing strategy. I was absolutely wrecked by this lineup.

Tooth

Yes my tooth is still sore. Ive been dosing on painkillers and using some hot salt water to keep the gum from exploding. Ive called the dentist and unfortunately the only moment they have free is during this funeral today. I had to turn their generous offer down. Its a good opportunity for me to embrace some of that suffering I was talking about in yesterdays post...

feeling satisfied just to have made three posts in 3 days, even if it is a bit rushed and mostly just cheap splinterlands links. But hey. This is the task right? This is what modern society wants of us isnt it? Quantity without quality? Disposable media. Just keep producing, even when there is no need, and no time, and nothing to say, and nobody listening. Just keep pumping it out. I guess this is what Ive been resisting all these years on hive. Well here I am.
Its kind of fun.
But it also makes me some meagre pennies with which I might purchase a dingy when the great flood comes.
Salvation awaits!
