Splinterlands Vs Megapolis: Do you know this game?
Today I'm talking about a very vague game that ended a few years ago and I was among the many players who have played Megapolis for months. It is a strategic construction game in which players aim to build an efficient and productive city and a lot of effort is needed.
It starts from a small city center and you have to start adding houses and consequently the population will tend to increase and produce wealth. The coins received are used to buy new buildings and increase the electricity capacity of your city by building small power plants.
The more buildings you build, the more wealth you accumulate and the more you need to invest in infrastructure, skyscrapers, ports and airports. In addition to the coins, it is necessary to recover indispensable materials which over time become more and more numerous and it is necessary to purchase them if you want to increase your level.
The more you grow in the game, the more you need to spend money to level up and compete with your opponents to be of a higher level. Here millions of players spend huge amounts of money to be the best. But for what reason? Is having the most beautiful city a good reason to spend a lot of money?
Splinterlands is a card game that is based on a different concept: those who invest in the game, in addition to having fun and leveling up, collecting increasingly rare cards, have the possibility to accumulate DEC by winning battles and increase their investment. Furthermore, by participating interactively in the contests organized by @splinterlands it is possible to obtain rewards in SPT tokens.
The cards won also have a value that could grow exponentially with the increase of new players! A great future awaits @splinterlands and all players!
