Apologies all i will be back soon, alot of pain lately & a VA Hospital trip then to NY to work thru the pain & now back home & still feel like dogshit. I had waited 3 days to go in so scans did not show a kidneystone or infection yet intestinal infection is my fun week...

Help? Look at my social media challenges & help vite or count entries followers & just put it in comments here or on those posts? Thanks
