What Would Splinterlands Look Like if There Was Day Trading Volume?

If you needed all the tools to successfully manage buying and selling in seconds then what would a day trading super center look like for Splinterlands?

Here is a quick rough draft. What would you add to the features?

I'm glad you asked the community what we would like to see, therefor i can share my wish swirls within me for weeks. After peakmonsters released the feature autobidder i felt like that way they were just pushed splinterlands rentals in the bad direction. I think the problem should be approached from the opposite direction:

It would be so great if we could create rental options with the wanted card and a price we willing to pay for the daily rent. Therefor if i would like to have a specific deck to play with i could set up my rental wish, and if someone would willing the rent out for me the specific cards for the price i'm willing to pay they would initiate the renting not me browsing the market what is currently available.

So in short, if I'm looking or some specific cards, i would pick them, set a price i would rent them, and set a target date, until i would like to rent.
Therefor if i would like to have a deck until the season ends, i should not modify the renting days daily, in case some cards wouldn't rented on the first day i created my "renting wish".

I hope its understandable. Can't wait to see your answer if it's a good idea or not.

I like it a lot.

I still don't understand why there is no option to fix the rent for a certain time. When I rent a car for 2 weeks the company can't just cut off the rental. the most important thing is to rely on the person I rent from.

Indeed the biggest problem with the current system the last few days lot like to cancel the renting to put the card on the market with higher price. My suggestion was not about it, more of the demand by players who want some specific cards. But some safety mechanism for thos who need the cards also could implemented, would be so nice.

yes there are two different ideas here being talked about, an auto rent feature for an entire play deck, the other feature is a contract rent with no cancel

Indeed two different idea talked about, but the first was my initial idea, the secind is just adressed a problem which is actually real, last two days of seasons are like hell on the renting market if you need cards.

so more of a contract for renting if I follow this.

This sounds like an auto deck rent type feature. We have explored this idea, but, I do think it is a ways away for use getting to this specific feature.

I thought you gonna say its far away… it would be favour of the players who lack of cards and renting, but it would cost some gain for investors who own a bunch of cards for renting out.

Interesting, thanks for asking about this. So a timed buy and sell order.

Let me know if I don't understand it properly.

those are 2 separate features. The timeframes are for looking at the charts where each "candle" represents 1 hour, 4 hours, or 6 hours. The limit orders would be something like what peakmonsters has for their bid system. In trading they're called limit order. I would like to buy Soul Fiend for $5. When the price gets to that level, the order is filled. Sell orders already exist.
