I didn't have a "Ruler of the Seas" in my collection, so I was very happy to pull this guy!

He will come in handing for my Water "Blast" Decks!

What is "Blast" you might ask?

It comes in handy when you want to do some -1 Damage to the the monster next to the target creatures.

I've also seen it do damage to a second creature before but not sure why that happens.
