At this stage, nothing is finalized — we are simply taking offers and starting conversations.

Important Note on DEC Contributions

All guild members who previously donated DEC toward building upgrades will be fully reimbursed.
Any transfer would be structured cleanly and transparently.

This is simply a reallocation decision. The guild is healthy, established, and functional — the goal is to see whether there’s a new owner who wants to take it further.
