Tokens Test - DEC is the best.... Lets try out the rest!

So after 2 years on Steemit I feel like an old fogey and don't like change. But change can be good, Right!?? Afterall, I will always accept people's loose change. Haha. 8-/

Steem-Engine is out now and in full swing. And I am fairly suspicious of all the tokens being created on there. There is one that is currently valued at 25+ Million Dollars because its supply is being artificially withheld. I think a scheme is in the works. But, few would believe me until they get burned. So....moving on....

DEC was also a bit silly to me....until I was able to convert my hoard of Gold Foil reward cards into ORBS and Potions. A 4x, 5x and 10x change in price and usefulness took place overnight. And I dont see the downside yet. Plus, with sinks, sinks and more sinks( that burn the DEC supply), I think it may be a legit usecase that has no downside. Fingers crossed!!

So now we have airdrops of SPT and PAL coins. Both tied to their own Steem chat/blog front ends. I can see how they can improve peoples behavior and community involvement, so I am optimistic..... I just hate change. I feel like I can miss so much if I step away from Steem for 5 days....much less 5months like some have done in the past. When you show back up you have to learn 3 or 4 or 7 more layers of interaction and activity in order to be relevant and make your time and interaction as valuable as possible. The real token in all of this is TIME. And it is constantly being sink'd.

Well...anyway....
So I have said what I wanted. Now to wait and see if these side tokens will come trickling into my Steem-engine wallet as well!!
