Intro

Hello everyone today I will be discussing my strategy and point of view towards how to buy some cards or your future assets, I hope I can give some insightful ideas and can give you more consideration in buying certain cards. I will be taking my own point of view as a casual gamer and newly investor with minimal holding in this game that can certainly help many of you guys. This is also will be my input for this week's Social Media Challenge from @splinterlands That you can also participate in.

Main Idea

So basically with the recent changes and many unprecedented movements towards Crypto Market and its Splinterlands rules change basically really affected new players that want to play this game to earn this reward. From my point of view, Developers wanted to make newer players start to collect assets in this game and buy some from the market to make them betterly rewarded. Because now there is a minimal requirement to earn Dec and that is staying in Bronze 2 and owning 1000 CP.

As many of you that recently played games may feel that current earnings from Splinterlands are not worth it and kinda slow with a little bit of money. With no viable meta and Reward to Rent, ratio is kinda unbalanced maybe some players staying out of this game. But luckily for asset hunter, this may be the chance for u guys to collect assets start your #Play2Earn Journey in Splinterlands

So What is the Objective for New Players? (Based on my Opinion)

Learn to Play

It never hurts for a newer player to search for influencers that play this game such as @infidel1258,@clove71, @luke-wtp. I learned so much based on insight from better players and longer investors than me that already hold much stake in this game for a longer timeframe and invested in a much more bigger number than me. You can learn strategy, card placement, META cards and Combo, and what future insight from them. So I recommend checking them out for such well-created content

Buying Cards , Accumulating Power

A newer player needs to buy some cards that can really help them to climb up the leaderboard and I suggest many of you guys Build your own Deck and stay in minimal Silver 3 as I think its reward is enough and it might help you alot in getting bigger chance to collect more cards and build your portfolio. So, in my opinion, there is kinda 3 kinds of card that you might want to Buy and some tips that I can give you.

CP Buffer

Basically, these card are the best card to leverage up your CP power because it is very cheap and got some good Cost/CP Ratio. You really need to sort out which card to accumulate and buy cause I think this is the best choice of card that you need to prioritize first. But negative side from buying this kind of card is that kinda not viable to use in certain level. Because level restriction from Summoner or these kind of card kinda week and need certain level to make it more optimal.

Power Card or Meta Cards (The Game Changer)

This kind of card really can help you a lot in winning a lot of games. Really strong! and really powerful to help you push the leaderboard. I think many kind of this card can be overlooked with CP/Cost Ratio that is really low (around 40) and this kind of card usually involves higher rarity card such as Legendary or Epic. You might want to buy some of this card cause some of Legendary can still give you good CP/Cost Ratio if its from Reward Edition and help to mixed CP Buff and Power Card Strategy

You need to play a lot of games to help you see which card and deck that really helps you at getting Silver 3 using CP/Cost below 50 can indicate this card is META and many people see this card as more valuable and usually gives more rentability return!!!

Bonus Tips! Support Card (Power of Gold 4 Longevity)

This are the cards that are not overlooked into but has some potential to be a good friend for your deck and that is 1 Mana or 0 Mana Cards! I think some of these cards are really cheap in gold foil and you should buy it. 0 Manacaps are really useful in the future and im buying all of the newer one for each element!

For 1 Manacap I suggest for u guys to get only 1 Copies as in some of play this card might help you earn more Dec 4 future as it really cheap. But for 0 Mana Card I think you can buy the regular copy because its really expensive for me in my opinion

Final Tip : Rentability

If you guys have many activity and doesnt have to play the game you also have option to rent your card/deck. Snipe out the card with good values with certain consideration i mentioned above as it can give you better return in the future.

Buy Low CP/Cost Ratio card > More Expensive > More Demand > Better Rentability > Calculate your ROA to better suit you risk appetite.

I hope my beloved readers can pay attention to these kind of cards as with this current price action i think its really cheap and you might wanna buy it slowly and little by little. Little tip by me is try to hold 15.000 CP as its your 1st Target that you need to break.
