PSG coach Thomas Tuchel gives his verdict on Neymar transfer plans amid Barcelona interest
Neymar has made it clear that he is seeking a move away from PSG and has been heavily linked with a return to Barcelona, however, according to the Ligue 1 champions no formal bid has been tabled.
However, PSG coach Thomas Tuchel said yesterday that he was aware of Neymar’s desire to leave Paris since before the Copa America started, with the inaugural game taking place on June 14.
PSG took on Dynamo Dresden on Tuesday night without Neymar and after beating their German opponents 6-1, Tuchel confirmed his Brazilian superstar wants to leave the club.
“Did I know that Neymar wanted to leave? Yes, since before the Copa América, but it's something between the club and Neymar,” Tuchel said after the game.
