A Price Is Only As Good As What You Can Actually Get

One of the things about illiquid assets and markets is that prices don't often reflect reality. I often get that from my mum about the property market back home. She seems to remember the prices from 20-30 years ago which aren't available or realistic in today's crazy market which has gone up at least 5x since then.

That's kind of the same situation with a lot of the SM rare cards i think. I mean, i don't know if there's anyone who's going to pay $76 for my card above or should i just take a lower amount in DEC which sort of puts a realistic floor on the price. Either way, some potions are going to be bought!
