What Hive Games Show The Most Promise?
If you follow me you know I'm already neck deep in Splinterlands. While I'm taking a lot of my earnings out of there right now, I'm thinking for the next few months I will just be reinvesting my Dec into SPT, HIVE, LEO, and other games.
A few months ago I asked what Hive-based coins you all were investing in and I got some interesting answers and learned quite a bit more about what Hive is in the process.
So today I want to know what Hive-based games you are either having a lot of fun with or really think have a great future?
I recently started picking up some dCrops although I'm still pretty on the fence about that one.
I'm also interested in dCity and Crypto Brew Master but both of those seem hard to figure out. Lots of buildings and mechanics and no clear place to start.
Are there any others that I'm missing? What are you investing in or wanting to invest in right now?
Xode is promissing but it's complicated to learn at the moment and Alpha/Beta zone
Rising Star is SUPER easy to figure out and do and best of all you could start for no cost simply setup an account
Splinterlands of course
Dcity I feel is a HUGE amount of investment for little return
Crypto brew master also seems to take a sizeable upfront investment to start making anything there
dCrops is super easy but again no more packs so seconardy markets expensive righ tnow
That's what I thought with dCity and CBM. It seemed like there was just a bunch of random stuff I needed to buy to get started and I didn't even know what to buy or how many things I would need to make it all work.
dCrops I just missed. I went on one day and there were 11k packs and 2 days later I went back to buy some and they were gone. Now I have hundreds of dollars into the game from secondary markets and not a lot to show for it. I think I get about .1 hive a day from it.
Xode and Rising Star are new to me. I'll need to go check those out. Thanks so much for the suggestions.
Psyber X is a new game coming within the next year on HIVE. They're just doing pre-sale now. Nothing to play yet but it might be worth checking out if you want to try and get in super early. @psyberx just came out with an update on where they're at in Phase 1 here.

Thanks! I'll definitely check that out. I love the spelling of the name too. That alone is enough to make me interested and who doesn't want to get in something super early :)

Oh man I got in Splinterlands 2 months ago now and wish I did 3 years ago when i dismissed it as a nerdy card game... Now I have a few cards I can play decent, wish I had more everything though, SPS is just not enough to get enough vouchers to do much. I like the SPT token still a value and the NFT collector cards are super rare, I have already flipped several for nice profits. I want more cards, land and more... Thinking of when the NFT cards go up I can begin to trade for in game assets like land... :D #dreams
I hear you. I got into Splinterlands in March but didn't buy much. The game seemed a little sleepy to me. I picked up one plot of land and thought that was probably $20 lost dollars. In July though I decided to spend a few grand and that quickly turned into $50 grand by the time August came to a close. Definitely the best investment I've ever made but I'd have 10 times as much if I realized it even a few weeks earlier. I passed up on $11 Krons in July because I thought it was getting a little silly only to buy a bunch in August for $300 each 😂
I've been looking through the NFTs on splintertalk. I picked up a few of the less rare ones for 900 spt each that are now going for 5000. My problem is I can't ever sell anything though. It's all far too important to me. If you can flip it for land type profits though, you are going to win the whole game.
