In short I bought some commentcoin and that allows me to give out some free CC to those who comment on any topic I use the #cc tag on. The CC auto bot that is owned by the creators of the CC token does all the work. Like all bots on the Steem blockchain sometimes it goes down for various different reasons and don't send the coins but for the most part it works.
As noted the CC token gets sent to your Steem-Engine wallet almost instantly after commenting.
OK, I see it in the Steem Keychain wallet)
