It's been a while. I still wake up with songs in my head nearly every day, but I don't post about it. Partly because I'm preoccupied with other things for the most part. Partly because it truly does seem like these posts just go out and are seen by no one.

I woke up with this song in my head today, and I had to post it because the lyrics so eloquently describe my current state that I almost have to believe that some higher musical power placed in my brain for a reason. I don't actually believe that, but almost.

Regardless of the lyrics, the song itself is catchy AF and maybe you might even like it.

I don't know if this is something that is common with everyone or not, but I seemingly wake up with a song already in my head every single morning.

There is often no reason why it should be there. I hadn't heard it in the previous day, hadn't discussed it, nothing.
