This time I would like to share my strategy of renting for a whole season and some interesting results that I obtained last season. As my friend @luizeba wrote in a fantastic post for the #THGaming community, there's somehow a Brawl virtuous circle that I will explain today. Also, I will give some tips for renting cards.

Assets management income

In my opinion this is the most important zone of the game. Although all of us enjoy playing this wonderful game, this is about #play2earn, and every one of us should plan a good way to manage his/her investments. As you can see, I am a little above 30kCP, almost 4kDEC, 158.000 points in my 529 Chaos Legion packs that I will hold till the end of times (I want all legendary summoners), and almost 4k points in Splintertalk tokens. Related to packs, I've read some great content creators that suggest opening them to get the CP and increase the league you play (higher leagues, higher rewards). But I can't imagine opening a pack that would have brought me a legendary gold foil summoner. I will keep accumulating potions meanwhile. Related to CP I'm on 30k. And this is between Silver 3 and Silver 2. I will explain how I plan a 14 day season (the most interesting part comes at the end of the season).

First days of the season

At the beginning of every season, I increasingly rent CP until I hit silver 1. This means renting around 40kCP which costs me 75 DEC per day. This means that I need 20 wins per day and 4 chests. (this is a lot much more than 1 or 2 from where I come).

I keep pushing as much as I can. But rentals are broken by owners as long as we reach the end of the season because of the rising prices.

Last day of the season

Last season I changed my mind and decided to try to rent my CP power for the first time. The joy of my collection is a Gold Foil Lira, obtained from the airdrop that gives me 12.500 CP. This is almost silver 3 for a card. 20 hours before the end of the season, I checked the prices and got the great news that I could rent her for 300 DEC. Instead of spending 250 DEC for a silver 2 ending season, I prefer ending in Silver 3 and having this amount of DEC. The good news came when I held her until 2 hours and rented her for 400 DEC. I rented other legendaries for 9 DEC and stayed with 15KCP. This is a change of mind because it's the first time that I've generated income from my assets. Maybe it's not so much but I am very proud of it!

To maximize the income for renting, I always check peakmonsters the current price of the card that I want to rent. This picture was about 10 hours b4 the season ended.

And try to keep them as much as you can (2 hours before the season ends is a good moment and people needs the CP to keep their ranks).

Brawls virtuous circle

The best decision that I've taken in #Splinterlads has been joining THGaming. I've found a lot of great players willing to help. This is community. And I love sharing objectives with those great players. And Splinterlands rewards me with free NFT's. Most people underrate those NFT's because they can not be used in normal ranked battles. Those people I would say them that they help to increase Collection Power and allow you to generate more SPS in every single airdrop and allow me to rent exceeding CP final days of the season.
