Suggestion: Steem Keychain Scot Token Transfer Confirmation Step

Proposal Description

SCOT Tokens are widely used and Keychain is probably the only tool for most users for transfer. While the value of the transfer can be significant, there is no confirmation step for scot tokens. This is not only inconsistent with STEEM/SBD transfer which provides confirmation step, but also could be dangerous.

SCOT token transfer should provide a confirmation step.

Mockups / Examples

Before

  • Currently, clicking "SEND" immediately sends tokens without any confirmation.
  • There is no confirmation step which can be dangerous if a user makes a mistake for a large unintended transfer.
  • It is even possible that a wrong sender could be chosen due to multi-account support
  • It is also inconsistent with STEEM/SBD transfer which provides a confirmation step

Actual implementation screenshot

  • After clicking "SEND", confirmation page with "sender" info, which I made before for STEEM/SBD, should be shown.

Benefits

  • Mistake prevention
  • This is especially useful, since the current send page doesn't show the sender info even though keychain supports multi-account.
  • Consistency with STEEM/SBD transfer which provides the confirmation.

I already implemented this feature, and the mockup shown is the actual implementation screenshot.

Korean: 현재 키체인에서 스팀엔진 토큰의 경우 송금전에 확인페이지가 안떠서 실수를 할 가능성이 상당히 높은데 확인페이지를 추가하자는 제안입니다. 이미 구현도 직접해서 PR제출해둔 상태입니다.

참고로 STEEM/SBD는 확인페이지가 있으며 이전에 이 페이지에 보내는사람 정보를 제가 추가하기도 했습니다.

A confirmation step is a great addition as people tend to make mistakes during such transfers. It will provide an extra security step.
