My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2019

这几天媳妇在参加军训和公司企业文化学习，马上就接近尾声了，从她每天的总结里可以看出她对这次培训还是有很多感悟和收获，有团队协作，提高积极性，团队服从意识以及不抱怨心态等等，对于企业文化学习更是对公司的认识了解发展变化以及标准目标，这也是对新进人员今后发展打下参考学习，是必不可少的，最后学习完毕结束还会进行不止一次的考核淘汰。就像大哥们常说企业的发展就会优胜劣汰不断的让自己变得“值钱”才会经得起“大浪淘沙”从而也锻炼了自己！B

今天周一下午上班的时候把制冰机进行了大清理，应为长期使用里边会出现“水垢”会影响到冰块的质量和卫生，这项工作由技术部定期清理，应为考虑拆卸和清洗时不能触碰到内部零件，还是影哥常说的一句话：“专业人干专业事！”这样省时又省力，也不会出现问题。
