Art Contest 181 - Splinterlands : Queen Mycelia

This post is part of the Art Challenge #181 contest.

Initially I wanted to make a poster with the theme PSYCHEDELIC STYLE. But after running 40% I just realized, I made it full size from scratch so that finally my laptop 'screamed' and couldn't continue because it always crashes everytime I did new layer.

Finally I decided to submit the file with the last save I could. YES, this is unfinished, but the best I can.

PROCESS :

• I used Queen Mycellia in this post as the main object, then removed the background.

• Start creating objects for this poster background, spiral is my choice this time.

• I made the spiral object a root of a tree.

• Started making the concept of colors & designs that I will use in this poster.

• Create a second object for the background from a rectangle and duplicate it.

• I decided to add color variations this time.

• Nightmare begins, this is a process of coloring & texturing... where I really enjoyed doing it at the beginning but midway through, crashes started to occur & I started to realize the dimensions of this file.
• And when the crashes started to happen more often, I finally decided to stop here because this has really reached the limit. And it will not be possible to proceed to the finishing process.
