My Actifit Report Card: September 29 2023

Hello actifit, lately I've been writing a lot about exercise at the gym but some of you, my fellow readers, have asked how you can still exercise without going to the gym or whether you can just exercise at home and get an ideal body.
If you don't exercise, there are very important things you have to pay attention to, namely:

  1. Control what we eat. The food consumed must be healthy and balanced. There are several people who have their own healthy menus, they can be copied and there are many variations of healthy menus. Make sure you eat enough (not until you're full) and try to eat vegetables and fruit. Oh yes, it's not just about food but make sure we drink enough water, people say 2 liters per day.

  2. Regular exercise. For those who are lazy, you can start by taking a leisurely walk in the morning. Don't be lazy about moving but don't overdo it. There are many types of sports to choose from, ranging from cheap to expensive. If you want to shape your body or be obsessed with forming a stomach like a bun, that's fine, those are all choices. The important thing is to do it regularly.

  3. Get enough rest. The human body is not a machine and should not be forced. Try to get your body to rest for at least 6-8 hours per day. Make sure that when you sleep, you get a period of quality rest, deep sleep.

  4. Stress Management. Many people do not believe that stress levels will affect health, but it is a fact that stress has a bad effect on the body. If stress can be controlled, the body will feel much healthier. There are several ways to reduce stress, for example exercising, having a hobby, traveling, and even spiritual activities such as meditation or worship.

  5. The tips above are only for disciplined people, and are written based on what I have seen or the experiences of people I know. I am not a disciplined person, I still eat carelessly, still drink alcohol, don't get enough rest, and am often stressed.
