Saludos amigos de #hive y #alienart, espero estén teniendo una increíble semana, el día de hoy les comparto mi entrada al concurso semanal de #splinterlands, dónde cada semana podemos ver increíbles creaciones por parte de nuestros talentosos artistas que forman parte de esta increíble comunidad. Para esta semana he decidido crear a un personaje con un estilo más anime, y una vestimenta más elaborada ya que mi inspiración fue realizar a un paladín, por eso también le diseñe esta arma de gran tamaño, la cual se nota sus dimensiones en comparación con el personaje. Y para mantener el toque de realeza utilicé los colores blanco rojo y dorado.

Greetings friends of #hive and #alienart, I hope you are having an incredible week, today I share with you my entry to the splinterlands weekly contest, where every week we can see incredible creations by our talented artists that are part of this amazing community. For this week I decided to create a character with a more anime style, and a more elaborate clothing because my inspiration was to make a paladin, so I also designed this large weapon, which shows its dimensions compared to the character. And to keep the royal touch I used the colors white, red and gold.

Kathlyn Stone, también conocida como la paladín danzante, fue una pequeña niña que pasó su juventud admirando a la guardia real practicando año tras año para si un día poder tratar de formar parte de esta, aunque al principio su pequeña y delgada contextura no la hacía visualmente una posible candidata para tomar el entrenamiento de guardias de la corte real, tras demostrar su increíble agilidad y habilidad en el combate que compensa la falta de fuerza y estatura sin duda fue tomada en cuenta del grupo selecto para formar al nuevo grupo de guardias reales. Con el pasar del tiempo se le vio el puesto de paladín protector de la princesa, aunque la gente la conoce mejor como el paladín danzante por la forma de pelear que pareciera que bailara mientras ataca a sus oponentes, además su estilo de combate hace referencia a las pequeñas mariposas impregnadas en su traje ya que son pequeñas frágiles y livianas.

Kathlyn Stone, also known as the dancing paladin, was a little girl who spent her youth admiring the royal guard practicing year after year to one day try to be part of this, although at first her small and thin build did not make her visually a possible candidate to take the training of guards of the royal court, after demonstrating her incredible agility and skill in combat that compensates for the lack of strength and stature was certainly taken into account the select group to form the new group of royal guards. As time went by she was given the position of paladin protector of the princess, although people know her better as the dancing paladin because of the way she fights as if she was dancing while attacking her opponents, besides her combat style makes reference to the small butterflies impregnated in her costume since they are small, fragile and light.

Para la elaboración del dibujo primero realicé la base utilizando el lápiz digital y el color azul para la pose y luego definiendo el traje y sus facciones con el color rosado y morado, anda formal lo que seguí el cabello el arma y demás elementos que la conforman.

For the elaboration of the drawing I first made the base using the digital pencil and the blue color for the pose and then defining the costume and her features with the pink and purple color, the hair, the weapon and other elements that make her up.

Después realicé el trabajo de línea utilizando la tinta dura y el color negro, posterior a esto elimina las dos primeras capas del dibujo y procedí a realizar la base de color utilizando el rellenador para facilitar el trabajo.

Then I made the line work using the hard ink and the black color, after this I removed the first two layers of the drawing and proceeded to make the base color using the filler to facilitate the work.

Después empecé a detallar los tonos que en las partes visibles como el rostro pecho parte del antebrazo y piernas, luego continúe con el cabello aplicando tonos más oscuros para darle volumen.

Then I began to detail the tones in the visible parts like the face, chest, part of the forearm and legs, then I continued with the hair applying darker tones to give it volume.

Procedí a detallar el arma, realizando los tonos metálicos empezando por los dorados, luego los rojos y después el plateado. Después empecé a realizar toques de luz en todas las áreas previamente detalladas. Continuó tallando la parte de telas del traje como la falda guantes y el torso.

I proceeded to detail the weapon, making the metallic tones starting with golds then reds and then silver. Then I started to make highlights in all the areas previously detailed. I continued carving the fabric part of the suit such as the skirt, gloves and torso.

Proceder a detallar las partes metálicas como las botas brazaletes y las otras partes de armaduras que conforman su traje, resaltando los brillos de esta y otro toques dorados en ciertas áreas del traje. Para el fondo apliqué una base de negro y empecé a degradar con tonos muchos más claros para dar un efecto explosivo.

I proceeded to detail the metal parts such as the boots, bracelets and the other armor parts that make up her costume, highlighting the shiny parts and other golden touches in certain areas of the costume. For the background I applied a base of black and started to degrade with much lighter tones to give an explosive effect.

Me encantó mucho dinero personal más que todo por su atuendo de varias capas con dos faldas, siendo la inferior una pequeña falda similar a la de una bailarina y la superior estilo capa que cubre hasta parte de sus piernas, además el juego de colores que seleccione si le da ese toque de paladín que sirve a la realeza, siendo esto una de las principales características del personaje.
