Saludos amigos de #hive y #alienart, espero hayan tenido una increíble semana, el día de hoy les comparto mi entrada al concurso semanal de #Splinterlands, donde cada semana vemos increíbles participaciones. En esta ocasión decidí dibujar a Runemance Kye, un increíble personaje con un diseño magnífico, que sin duda es imposible de que pase desapercibida, además de verse poderosa e implacable, pero tristemente aún no hay información de su historia, pero sin duda espero que está sea tan increíble, que le haga justicia al personaje, de lo bnda cual estoy un 99% seguro de que es una villana.

Greetings friends of #hive and #alienart, I hope you had an incredible week, today I share with you my entry to the weekly Splinterlands contest, where every week we see incredible entries. This time I decided to draw Runemance Kye, an incredible character with a magnificent design, which is certainly impossible to go unnoticed, besides looking powerful and relentless, but sadly there is still no information about her story, but I certainly hope that it is so incredible, that does justice to the character, of which I am 99% sure that she is a villain.

Para esta ilustración decidí realizarle en la oscuridad del océano por su aspecto marino y toques de luz en la piel, que sin duda en la oscuridad se verían más llamativos, usando tonos marinos en el fondo distintos a los tonos de azul usados en el personaje. Para la pose busque que el arma estuviese al frente de todo, como si con ella estuviese empezando a utilizar su poder de forma amenazante. También realiza la silueta de una gran serpiente marina, la cual actúa a los mandatos de Runemance Kye, siendo esta una criatura de gran tamaño que despierta gracias al poder de Runemance Kye.

For this illustration I decided to make her in the darkness of the ocean for her marine look and touches of light on the skin, which certainly in the dark would look more striking, using marine tones in the background different from the shades of blue used in the character. For the pose I wanted the weapon to be in front of everything, as if it was beginning to use its power in a threatening way. Also make the silhouette of a large sea serpent, which acts at the command of Runemance Kye, this being a creature of great size that awakens thanks to the power of Runemance Kye.

Realice la pose del personaje con el lápiz digital, haciendo la pose con el color azul y las facciones y armadura con el color morado.

Make the pose of the character with the digital pencil, making the pose with the color blue and the features and armor with the color purple.

Realice el trabajo de línea usando el color negro y la tinta dura suave, después aplique la base de color con el rellenador, después de haber eliminado las capas previas.

Do the line work using the black color and soft hard ink, then apply the base color with the filler, after having removed the previous layers.

Detalle los tonos piel con tonos morados y fucsias, y aplique azul en el patrón que recorre partes de su cuerpo. Detalle el cabello aplicando tonos más claros y oscuros del color base, después aplique negro y blanco para dar volumen.

Detail the skin tones with purple and fuchsia tones, and apply blue in the pattern that runs along parts of her body. Detail the hair by applying lighter and darker shades of the base color, then apply black and white to give volume.

Detalle la armadura con el aerógrafo, haciendo las partes azules primero y después las doradas. Después detalle la cola usando diversos tonos y realizando un patrón de manchas similar al del cuerpo.

Detail the armor with the airbrush, doing the blue parts first and then the golden ones. Then detail the tail using different tones and making a pattern of spots similar to the body.

Detalle el arma, buscando darle un aspecto más sólido y rústico. Después detalle las alas, haciendo degradados con rosado en la parte interna y aplicando tonos de azul en la parte externa.

Detail the weapon, trying to give it a more solid and rustic look. Then detail the wings, making gradients with pink on the inner part and applying shades of blue on the outer part.

Realice los rayos que provienen del arma, y después realice el fondo, aplicándose base de negro y agregando tonos más claros. Use tonos oscuros en la silueta de la serpiente y con mini patrón de manchas, para darle aspecto acuático.

Make the rays coming from the gun, and then make the background, applying a black base and adding lighter tones. Use dark tones in the silhouette of the snake and with mini pattern of spots, to give it an aquatic aspect.

Sin duda alguna este personaje me parece increíble, tanto en diseño como en colores, además creo que hacer la serpiente gigante como parte del fondo le da ese toque de poder sobre criaturas oscuras. Tenía semanas queriendo dibujarla y por fin lo hice, y estoy muy contento con el resultado, siendo un total de 8 horas de trabajo en su elaboración, esperó les haya gustado este personaje y los invito a visitar mi perfil 👉🏼@afa.hb03, donde diariamente comparto los distintos dibujos e ilustraciones, además del distinto material que realizo por encargos.

Without a doubt this character looks amazing to me, both in design and colors, plus I think making the giant snake as part of the background gives it that touch of power over dark creatures.
