Hoy elegí una carta que me gusto mucho desde el primer momento en que la vi, pero lo que mas me gusta es esta especie de maquillaje que tiene en el rostro, por eso hoy quería resaltarlo en un retrato donde este azul rey que enmarca los ojos fuese el protagonista, por supuesto, quise hacer a Blackmoor Trickster en una versión femenina, intentando respetar muchas de las características que tiene la carta original para obtener un resultado muy parecido sin necesidad de hacer un dibujo de cuerpo completo, fácil de reconocer con solo un retrato. Disfrute muchísimo haciendo esto porque soy muy fan de los retratos, me siento libre de pintar tantos detalles posibles para hacer ver la piel lo mas realista que puedo, al final del dibujo, decidí probar una de los pinceles nuevos que tengo y me encanto el efecto que daba a las esquinas del cabello, decidí aplicarlo incluso en los cuernos y debajo de la boca, espero que les guste.

Today I chose a card that I liked a lot from the first moment I saw it, but what I like the most is this kind of makeup that has on the face, so today I wanted to highlight it in a portrait where this king blue that frames the eyes was the protagonist, of course, I wanted to make Blackmoor Trickster in a female version, trying to respect many of the characteristics that has the original card to get a very similar result without the need to make a full body drawing, easy to recognize with just a portrait.
I really enjoyed doing this because I'm a big fan of portraits, I feel free to paint as many details as possible to make the skin look as realistic as I can, at the end of the drawing, I decided to try one of the new brushes I have and I loved the effect it gave to the corners of the hair, I decided to apply it even on the horns and under the mouth, hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Primero realice el boceto y elegí los colores, esta vez pinte con tonos piel muy cálidos y un azul rey cubriendo alrededor de los ojos, añadí una nueva capa donde coloque mas colores para darle mejor detalle al rostro y después empecé a mezclar todos los colores para dejar una piel con textura suave.

First I made the sketch and chose the colors, this time I painted with very warm skin tones and a king blue covering around the eyes, I added a new layer where I put more colors to give better detail to the face and then I started to mix all the colors to leave a soft textured skin.

Después pinte el cabello, el cabello es bastante parecido al original solo que con mas de movimiento, lo pinte con morado oscuro y luego añadí algunas iluminaciones con lila, pinte los aretes y una marca azul cerca de la barbilla, después pinte los cuernos usando marrones claros y oscuros, para el fondo puse un color verde, para asi ser un poco mas fiel a la carta original, esta vez elegí un verde bastante claro y en la parte superior algunos brochazos de verde un poco más oscuro, después se me ocurrió explorar mis pinceles nuevos y vi uno que tenia una textura bastante interesante, lo utilice en los bordes del cabello y cuernos, se veía bastante genial a mi parecer, luego añadí una capa de luces donde comencé a iluminar en la parte del cuello simulando que la luz del fondo traspasa hacia adelante, una vez listo, solo realice un ajuste de color muy leve a la imagen.

Then I painted the hair, the hair is quite similar to the original but with more movement, I painted it with dark purple and then I added some highlights with lilac, I painted the earrings and a blue mark near the chin, then I painted the horns using light and dark browns, for the background I put a green color, to be a little more faithful to the original card, this time I chose a fairly light green and in the upper part some brush strokes of green a little darker, then it occurred to me to explore my new brushes and I saw one that had a very interesting texture, I used it on the edges of the hair and horns, it looked pretty cool in my opinion, then I added a layer of lights where I began to illuminate the neck simulating that the light from the background goes forward, once ready, I only made a very slight color adjustment to the image.
