My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2024

Greetings friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. This is my actifit report for monday the 21/1/2024. Happy new week everyone. My monday morning was a bit cold with the weather ☁️ very cloudy. I don't know if that was what caused my feeling under the weather lately. I could not do much other than stay indoors throughout the morning period.

In the afternoon, I watched some AFCON matches. Later went out to get some drugs in the pharmacy. That was when I took the lone picture. I've started taking the. drugs and I know I'll feel much better the next time.

In the evening, the weather cleared a bit and was warm.

Thereafter, I came back to rest. Once at home, I completed some few online tasks before I then retire for the day.
