My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2024

Greetings friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. This is my actifit report for sunday the 7/4/2024. Happy sunday everyone. On my sunday, the weather looks very much bright. A good sign of the blessings of the most high on mankind. I woke up slightly late and ran through the usual home chores, dressed up for church and got there in the middle of church service. It is better late than never. I joined in the worship.

In the afternoon of my sunday, I visited a couple of friends and then proceeded to cell meetings for the church much later in the day.

The meeting lasted well later in the evening before we dismissed.

In the night, I came out to get some few steps and stretch my legs and enjoy the cool breeze that usually sweeps around in the evenings.

Thereafter, I came back to rest. Once at home, I completed some few online tasks, ironed my clothes in preparation for the new week before I then retired for the day.
