Friendly greetings dear Hivers, it is my pleasure to be once again in the Splinterlands Art Contest contest this time with the DRYBONE RAIDER card.
As I've said many times these gruff and grim cards are my favorite. The characters are super attractive. This particular character caught my attention a lot, because he looks very tough and brutally strong he also has feminine features and you can clearly see that he is a woman. This is fascinating because there is nothing better than a female representation with so much strength and character. In the hairstyle she reminded me of the wonderful hiver @irenenavarroart.
I've been having trouble with my markers so I decided to dust off my pencils this week. I used three different ones: H2, 5B and 6B. Plus red and mustard colored pencils.
The process was very easy for me and I loved it because I had a lot of time without using my pencils. I thought it would take me longer to do the blending on the shadows but it didn't.
I usually take longer doing the drawings because I don't like to use smudgers or do it with my finger. I find that the work gets messy and I think it's really a drawing when we do it directly with the pencil, managing the pressure of the pencil.
I really enjoyed making this fan art, when I work on these characters it definitely motivates me to keep drawing. I hope you like the work, I have left several images for you to contemplate the process. See you soon.

Como lo he dicho muchas veces estas cartas rudas y sombrías son mis favoritas. Los personajes son súper atractivos. Este personaje en particular llamo mucho mi atención, porque se ve muy rudo y brutalmente fuerte también tiene facciones femeninas y se ve claramente que es una mujer. Esto es fascinante porque no hay nada mejor que una representación femenina con tanta fuerza y carácter. En el peinado me recordó a la maravillosa hiver @irenenavarroart.
He tenido problemas con mis marcadores así que decidí desempolvar mis lápices esta semana. Utilice tres diferentes: H2, 5B y 6B. Además de los lápices de colores rojo y mostaza.
El proceso se me hizo muy sencillo y lo adore porque tenía mucho sin usar mis lápices. Pensé que me costaría más hacer el difuminado en las sombras pero no fue así.
Generalmente tardo más tiempo haciendo los dibujos porque no me gusta usar difuminadores ni hacerlo con el dedo. Me parece que el trabajo se ensucia y creo que es realmente un dibujo cuando lo hacemos directamente con el lápiz, administrado la presión del mismo.
Disfrute mucho haciendo este fan art, cuando trabajo en estos personajes sin duda me motiva mucho seguir dibujando. Espero les guste el trabajo, les he dejado varias imágenes para que contemplen el proceso. Hasta pronto.
